Superior product!
Swanson always comes through with superior products. Rather than ordinary fish oil, Super DHA made with calamari oil is by far the best I've ever tried. Gives me energy and makes me feel better. The best part is -- no fish burps!

Confdience with Calamari DHA
I finally found a product that provides the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA in generous amounts from calamari! Calamari does not concentrate toxins like mercury and PBCs the way that some species of fish can. Furthermore, calamai reproduces rapidly - so is much more bio-sustainable. I benefit from EPA and DHA - 2 capsules a day and my mood is better, my eyes are not so dry, and I feel good knowning that I'm getting these fatty acids that my diet lacks.

Omega 3
I usually take krill oil; but I thought I'd give this product a shot. It is very high in DHA. I like the fact that this is a sustainable product. Now I alternate Krill with calamari for the benefits of Omega 3 oils.

Give us a larger size!.
Quite satisfied but for the necessity of dealing with only small quantity bottles. Should be made available in larger size(s) with attendant volume pricing and convenience.

high amount of DHA
This is a great product to take if you are looking for more DHA...No problem with fish burps, soft gel capsules are equal to the size of a regular fish oil capsule.
I chose Calamari DHA also for the fact that a squid's life cycle is around 450 days, which means less chance of higher amounts of Mercury, pCB'S and toxins...

My husband and I both take these pills each day and so far have had no backlash from them at all and i have often had a problem with other fish oil tablets including the enteric coated capsules.

Quality product
I was looking to add the benefits of fish oil and DHA to my regimen. I have found this supplement to be superior in quality and there is no bad aftertaste which is a must for me. Overall I feel a positive effect on my health from taking the supplement.

Very Good So Far
Getting 500 mg of DHA in one softgel is pretty awesome. Quality seems to be good as I get no fishy aftertaste from these. I think the animal source may be important. I will continue with these for the forseeable future.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Who'da thunk it? Squid is so high in very valuable DHA! I have always loved preparing and eating Calamari, but I never new it was such a Giant Powerhouse of Nutrition. Most of you are not old enough to remember the great 1954 Disney Classic 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, where the Giant Squid was the monster that attacked the Nautilus submarine. (Our U.S.Navy named our first Nuclear submarine Nautilus.) And now, we find that Squid, Calamari, is a Giant in health. I love this. I have always taken Flaxseed OIl, which I dearly love for countless reasons. However, I wanted more EPA and DHA. I began taking Krill Oil, which I still take and like very much. Then I found this HIGH POTENCY 500 mg. DHA from Calamari. I am so happy with this rich find from Swanson. I highly recommend that you take this fabulous squid product. And if you get the chance, see the original movie referenced above. You will be glad about both.

Great Way to Get Your EFAs!
I'm on my second bottle of Super DHA from Calamari. The gel capsules are easy to swallow, even though they are rather large. I love the fact that there's no aftertaste, and also love the fact that this product comes from calamari, which have a short life span and don't absorb heavy metals, such as mercury. I plan to keep reordering this great product.

calamari oil
Large dose of DHA with one gel cap. Has none of the unpleasantness of fish oil. Much, much more economical than krill or algae oil. It's a winner.
