100% Natural Rice Bran Oil
I heard this was one of the healthier oils and doesn't smoke at high temp. It was on special so I tried it. I don't feel guilty eating one of my favorite snacks now that I use this and hymalayin salt for making popcorn. I don't use much, but seems to make the popcorn crisper and tastes better. Can't tell any health benefits, but I really like it for cooking.

Remedy for Dry Skin
The reason I take Swanson products is because my nutritionist recommends them. I have taken Swanson products for years, actually.
I am 64 years old and look young and beautiful. My relatives are apt to say to me, "You got all the good genes." Maybe.
My wife of twenty years is curous why I don't age, and she is just coming around to trying a few supplements herself.
I keep rice bran oil in my 'frig and take a tablesponful by mouth once a day. I do suffer dry skin, and I'm trying to moisturize my skin from within.
To tell you the truth, this simple trick has not sovled the whole problem. But it is in the direction of a solution.

no really good title for this one. . . .
I saw this Rice Bran Oil on sale for a long time. I read that it had a nice 'nutty' flavor. I realize that it has healthful EFA benefits, so finally I was tempted to order a bottle to drizzle over my pop corn. I usually use Hemp Seed Oil, which is scrumptious, or one of several tasty EVOOs that I really like, or even Grape Seed Oil, which is a little different, but nice. This Rice Bran Oil was okay, but nothing to write home about. On sale at about half price, I didn't mind that I bought and tried it. However, I wouldn't pay full price for it. I don't think I'll order it again. . . . Too many other better choices.

great topical skincare
due to it's super high content of natural antioxidants, this oil is great for applying directly to the skin. I rub a few drops onto my hands daily & also onto my face when it's a little drier than usual. the oil absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy sheen and leaves skin extremely soft.
I make my own skin creams & lotions and almost always use rice bran oil as one of the ingredients; & I know I can trust Swanson to provide the highest quality.

Disappointed in Container of Product
I am very unhappy that this oil was received in a plastic container. I expected much more from Swanson. I think it is common knowledge that the healthiest choice is glass in this case although the use of plastic to reduce shipping weight is common and unfortunate.

Salad Dressing Alternative
Add lemon for a nice salad dressing.

I use one tablespoon of Rice Bran Oil per my naturopath's suggestion. This oil is convenient, has a great taste and can be kept in the fridge of frozen if you wan to buy in bulk (like now because it is on sale). The dark colored bottle helps to keep it fresher by avoiding light degradation.

It has a light taste and works well for sauteeing, baking etc. The price was great too.

good oil for high heat
I like this oil for stir frying. It is not strong tasting and seems to work well.

This is fantastic for high heat cooking or using in a recipe.

hooked on this oil
We love this oil. It has a mile taste and doesn't change the flavor of our food. We fry with it as well as dress salads and vegetables. Have cut way back on olive oil and reach for this oil first. Wish they offered in the gallon size.

I cook a lot with this oil now. It's very smooth tasting and so very good for you. Learned about it on Dr. Oz, of course. Give it a try...think you will love it!

Love this oil
I purchased this product because a friend told me how good it was, so I decided to try it. I use it for my breakfast to fry eggs and also to fry chicken. This Rice bran oil tastes so good. I have just finished my last bottle. I will have to purchase quite a few bottles when they go on sale. I also use the coconut oil. So from now on I will just use the Rice bran and the Coconut oil. My food taste so good after I use this oil that I definately have to get some more.

Rice Bran Oil
I have been using this oil for stir frying. It is very light and my stir fries are remarkably tasty. However, my brother in law also taught me to marinate the meats using the oil along with spices as well - whatever I will continue to use this product.

Swanson has this hard to find oil!
Rice Bran oil has so many nice health benefits, but it is getting harder and harder to find this oil anywhere. Luckily, Swanson to the rescue again! Thank you Swanson for a great product.

good as olive oil
I enjoy the flavor and taste of this oil on my salads and simle , quick cooking items. I have used Olive oil for 50 years and this is the first oil that I have cooked with other than olive. Don't be afraid to try new things----I am not.

Swanson EFA Oils
I trade off using this Swanson EFA's Rice Bran Oil along with the Swanson Walnut Oil in my kitchen. Also been dribbling it over my dog's food on daily basis. Both contain linoleic acid which is an ingredient that many pet skin and coat oils advertize. She won't eat her food if there is an oil with fish taste in it. It has made her coat shiny and beautiful, along with having all the other health benefits from the essential fatty acids.

I use this in the lotions I make because of the wonderful skin conditioning properties of the fatty acids in this oil. This is the best quality for the lowest price I have found.

Love this product!
I use this oil primarily for sauteing, but it is mild enough in flavor that it could be used for baking purposes as well. I have also used it in salad dressings. Just use it like you would use grocery store "cooking oils." I like coconut oil, too, but it does have that coconut flavor & when you want to have more of a "flavorless" oil, this is a good choice. I have totally switched over to various healthy oils for cooking & don't flinch at the price. Yes, they cost more than the stuff on the sujpermarket shelf, but they build health, not destroy it. Refrigerate just about all oils for longer life to prevent rancidity.
