Great Product
Swansons offers an organic flax oil at a much better price than the competitors. I was surprised, and happy, that it arrived with no leaks in the package. I use lignans in powder form, so I order this oil without them, making for easier pouring.

Flaxseed Oil (OmegaTru)
Works nice. Mix 2 tablespoon of cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (OmegaTru).
Mix thoroughly so that all the Flaxseed oil is completely in - none showing.
To give it a good taste - mix in some honey to taste.
Gives your body a boost.

Best for EFAs!
Took Cod Liver Oil for a while and decided to change to Flax Seed Oil . . . Swanson's has great prices and their Flax Seed Oil is yummy! -- well, after Cod Liver Oil, anything would be yummy :o) If you want to "oil up" then this is great stuff!!!!!

MVP - - - MOST VALUABLE PLAYER
For me, Flaxseed Oil is the Most Valuable - - - and Versatile - - - Player on the All-Star team. I take at least one good swig of about 1 ounce every day. I just keep a bottle handy in the door of the refrigerator, and at some point in the day, when I go into the kitchen, I just open the fridge, grab my Flaxseed Oil bottle, and take a big swig. I ususally order about 5 or 6 bottles at a time since I also top-dress my dog's dry food with Flaxseed Oil. You've never met a happier, healthier, handsomer dog than he is, - - - and at 7 1/2 years old, most everyone thinks he is a pup of maybe a year or so. I even top-dress my horses' food with Flaxseed Oil. EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS: Always buy this Organic Flaxseed Oil from Swanson. Other brands, which are no better, are in the $15 to $20 range at the stores. Organic Flaxseed Oil is my MVP Product. Swanson is my MVP source. I recommend both all the time to everyone.

I like this product and it is a good price. I use it in my daily salads with unpasturized apple cider vinegar with the wort and my "Good Seasons Italian" salad dressing.

Great product
I find this to be one of the better and affordable flaxseed oils. I prefer it to the one with Liguan because all the "stuff" on that one sticks to bottom and until you get to the bottom you don't realize you've gotten none of the FIBER part of the flaxseed. It is stuck to bottom. Comes out in big lumps if you hit bottle hard enough. As for the design of the bottle I really like it with the harder plastic and the squirt top. If someone wants to POUR it out, just unscrewn the cap like other bottles and pour or measure it that way. I use for my dog as well ( recommended by vet)

My new flax oil
I find little difference between Swanson and the expensive brand. We have it every morning on toast with sea salt!

Great flax oil
Swanson comes through again with a high quality flax oil for the best price. After trying many different flax oils only Barlean's is better but is way more expensive.

Energized
I've recently begun using this product blended with organic cottage cheese mixed with ground flax seeds and fruit.....yummy!! What a great way to start the day. It's also very good to use when making a vinagarette salad dressing. It's a great way to increase your omega 3 fatty acids.
A few years back I had tried this product and found it lacking freshness. I'm happy to say I've been thrilled with the quality since resuming the use of this product over the last 3 months.

Good value for making your own mixture.
Swanson has good Flax oil/meal/capsules values across the board, but buying the oil bulk is very inexpensive if you fill your own capsules.
The NOW capsules from Swanson work pretty well.
Not only this, but then you can make your own mix. I recommend a 1:1 mix of hemp oil and flax oil. Try it!

Flaxseed Oil must be refridgerated
Good Flaxseed Oil has a very light flavor. Flaxseed Oil must be refrigerated at all times.

Excellent Quality
You can't get a cheaper bottle of organic, fresh pressed flax seed oil anywhere else. The downfall- I think that flax seed oil tastes horrible, and Swanson's is the worst that I have tried.

Oil that's good.
Very good oil. Only bad point is taste but I guess when it comes to flax oil that is what you are going to get. Otherwise oil is omega packed like no other oil.

Flax on my doorstep
This is pretty good flax oil, I like the one without the sludge in the bottom. It's a good price and it's delivered right to my door. I stock up on it and freeze it.

Top Quality
Swanson Flax seed oil is great. I have used them all, and this is top shelf. Fresh, wholesome tasting. Always pure. I use it daily in yogurt, cottage cheese, and in green salads and energy drinks.

flax oil
Swansons flax oil that I purchased was slightly spoiled. It tasted bitter. Fresh flax oil tastes good and does not taste bitter. From what I have read the spoiled flax oil is not good for you.
This was true even though the expiration date had not yet been reached.

Bottle is difficult to squeeze
This product is very high in quality, but the hard plastic is very difficult to squeeze, which is the only way you can get the oil out of the hard plastic bottle. There is only a small hole at the top of the flip lid, which only allows oil to blast out when the bottle is squeezed from the sides. It's a very awkward construction because when you do squeeze the bottle hard enough, it squirts out like a volcanoe. I put the oil in another empty different brand flaxseed bottle so that I could actually pour it out in spoonful amounts. It's a shame that Swanson hasn't gotten around to fixing this strange way of dispensing flaxseed oil.
