this oil was suggested to me by a friend and I have started buying it. It seems to be working for my mother and myself. Most of your products are quite good, and especially the regular ones I buy.. probiotics, lutein, Magnesium/Calcium that really works great !

Quality
This is the best flax seed oil for the price. And it has the correct ratios of EFA's for this type oil. Compared to other brands, Swanson is almost half the price and for more product per capusle.

Great!
I found this to be very effective, with no GI side effects. The quality is much better than anything you would buy at places like Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I'm already on my 3rd bottle. Can't beat the price.

Best product - great price!
I've used this product for years, and I can tell you that you won't find better quality at a better price anywhere! Swanson stands by their products and this product in particular is one of my favorites. The flaxseed oil is so useful for so many applications, and it has worked very well for me!

I've started taking this product to replace fish oil supplements. I prefer taking a non-animal product where I can. I have not experienced any side effects.

Great alternative to fish oil
I've switched from fish oil to flax oil and have been EXTREMELY pleased with the result. No more fishy burps, and I seem to be getting all the omega-3 benefits.

Not only is the price tag on this product unbeatable, but it also isn't colored by the "caramel coloring" additive you always seem to find in the store bought version. Seems to be as natural as you can get!!

Fantastic Product For Us
My husband and I have been using this product for years in place of fish oil as we could not tolerate it's GI side effects. It has been extremely beneficial to us in our daily regimen. Good for you
I take 6K units of Omega 3's per day for feel good and well being. This product is a wonderful addition to fish oil to get my required Omega's.
