Delicious Oil!
I have tried other flaxseed oils but none have been able to compare to the Swanson brand. I love the nutty taste and use it on salads, bread, pasta and rice.

Why pay more?
Swanson high lignan flax oil is a necessary dietary component for health. Why pay twice as much at the health food store, when you can buy it a Swanson Vitamins for half the price?

Best Price
If you take flaxseed oil for any reason, I doubt you will find as fresh and good quality product for the reasonable price as this one from Swanson's catalogue. Have used regularly for years, adding it to oatmeal every morning.

Flaxseed oil high lignan
We used Swanson EFA for years mainly in salad. The taste it adds is most delicate. I would not do without it. Try it you'll like it.

easy to take
This flax is one of the better quality oils I have taken, it is full bodied, has a nutty flavor, I like the squeeze top so that you can control the flow. If the bottle gets knocked over, will not spill.

Yum!
My favorite brand of flaxseed oil used to be Barleans, but in taste, texture, price and "pourability" (and yes, I made up that word) Swanson High Lignan Flaxseed Oil beats Barleans hands down. Yum, yum! Best tasting flaxseed oil ever, and I've tried a lot of brands. Good texture, very easy to get out of the bottle. I'll be purchasing this brand from now on.

OMG!
I have purchased a product similar to this in a health food store. When I saw how cheap was, I bought 2 bottles. I can't wait to finish them. I will have to try another product. The taste is absolutely HORRIBLE! I usually take it everyday, but it is so bitter, that I find myself not taking it for days! I'm sure it is great for me, but the taste leaves much to be desired.:(

Throw away your butter.
I use Flaxsed oil like butter; use it on potatoes, vegetables, toast, popcorn, you name it. I am lost if I don't have it around. Swansons offers it at a great price, and I order 5 or 6 at a time.

best flax seed oil!
I got high lignan flax seed oil several years ago and continue to use it. This is one of the best flax seed oils I've found. It tastes good, has good texture and is in an easy to use bottle. I use it raw in salads or to drink a couple of swallows when I need to alkalize. I'm very happy I found it!

Good Value
I use this to mix with "Good Seasons Salad" Dressing along with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. It is a good product and a good value. You can store in the freezer until you use. I also store upside down so the lignans do not solidify on the bottom. You will need to poke them down and then shake the bottle before using (if you store upside down).

Flaxseed Oil is healthy and beneficial
I've read that flaxseed is very beneficial and had been buying it for several years, using it in cereal and other foods. The Flaxseed Oil from Swanson is much more convenient to use which is why I started using it too. I take one or two tablespoons with my multivitamin every morning.

I use flax oil daily so the quality and price are important to me. The taste is great over steamed vegetables or over a salad with lemon and herbs. I use it instead of butter and as long as there are other flavors and or salt the flavor is tasty.
