love, love, love this product
I've been purchasing this product for years it works wonders on me. If I miss a dose I can really tell. Love how they changed the pill size to a much smaller one.

Very happy with this product
I don't know if I was ever prone to hot flashes, but I've been taking this product for years and have never experienced hot flashes. I am now 58. I guess if I were to get hot flashes, I'd have them by now.

Would NEVER do without this!
I tried this because I was feeling generally irritable (more so than what I felt was normal for me) for a long time and was told it could possibly be due to hormone changes. Being that I am only 40 and have not gone through menopause yet, I thought it was a long shot. Within a few days, my irritability was gone and I felt that I was consistently in a much better mood than I had in years! Things that used to "set me off" didn't bother me half as much. I HIGHLY recommend this product and would not ever want to be without it.

worked wonders
I gave the evening primrose oil a try. I started taking it twice a day at the beginning of my cycle and had a lot less cramping than previous months. Swanson has the best price that I have found and I am definitely going to continue using it and have already recommended it to a few of my friends for different ailments.

i am taking this for hot flashes. i think it has helped some, but maybe it takes awhile for the results. i know it is a good oil to take also.
