EPO is reported to be helpful with hormonal fluctuations. I definitely think it decreased pms issues. I felt less moody and exhausted during my cycle.

Great for females

Evening Primrose Oil
I really like the Evening Primrose Oil supplement. I have noticed that my symptoms for menopause have decreased. I also noticed that some of my dry skin areas have also improved. Since this is the only new supplement in my regimen, I think it has helped in that area as well.
I have recommended this product to friends.

I have been using Swanson's EFA's Evening Primrose Oil for several months now and have seen a great improvement in my overall health. Yes, Then No.
I took these for hot flashes. It seemed to work for a couple weeks, then the hot flashes came back. I am going to stop trying things for hot flashes as nothing seems to work. But I think this is good primrose oil nonetheless.

Since I am very allergic to fish, anything from the sea and flaxseed oil, my body was very short of essential fatty acids. Swanson's Evening Primrose Oil supplies me with what I need without causing me to become ill. Because I cannot take anything with fish oils I take one 1300 mg capsule twice daily. Have taken it for many years and will continue to do so.

I t does it job=)
I have been taking this product for the past year and I am sure it has worked it avoided getting bloaded, mood swings and heat flashes. The price is great and since it comes in a softgel it absorbs better than capsules.

I ordered this because I read it can help with dry eyes, also your hair. I have only been taking about 3 weeks, so don't really know but eyes seem less dry.
