flatter belly
I saw these mentioned on a Dr. Oz clip and wanted to try them. I am not overweight but my belly area has been getting a bit too large. I've only been taking these a few weeks and I honestly believe my belly is flatter. I take them morning and night along with Swanson's Razberi-K Raspberry Ketones. I've also been doing about 6 hours of yoga each week. I have people come up and say, "How much weight have you lost?" I attribute it to these factors. I definitely plan to keep these two Swanson products (along with several others) on hand.

Added to my "female" supplements
I've been taking Swanson's Multi Omega supplememts for years. I also take some of what I call "female supplements"-meaning to do with menopause. I also add Borage Oil along with my Hormone Essentials to be sure I'm getting enough of these wonderful, much needed oils.

A quality product...
I use this product because Borage Oil is healthy for you and is good for your skin. I take 1 capsule a day and feel good on it. I recommend that people who want to have healthy oils in their diet add borage oil to their daily regimen.

Nice product
Nice borage oil, good quantity for this price. Would like to see this as a liquid product instead of soft gels though! Swanson! Release a bottled product and you have a customer!

great for stomach
Since I've used this my stomach feels so much better. I take aloe vera too and olive leaf-the three are for me!!!!

Take this with Swansons EFA
Borage is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)as well as a number of other essentail fatty acids that are key contributors to maintaining good health.
Used in combination with Swansons EFA, another excellent product, I feel I am doing something really effective for my health and wellness.

Great supplement
I love Swanson's prices and the quality of the product and packaging. I use the Borage Oil instead of the fish oil or flax due to my GI tract tolerating it so well. I have used it for a year with results I can feel - I feel better. Good product, good deal.

Can't tell a difference yet
I have added it to my regime and haven't noticed any changes. I haven't been taking it that long and was pretty lacking to begin with. I have high hopes, Swanson has great products.

I like Swanson Oils
For several years the only pills I have taken consistently are D1SWE011 Borage Oil and D1SWE026 Super EPA. I started on these after reading books on how the body uses fats and oils. As a result I can do yard work, ride my bicycle, and take stairs two at a time. I am slender and my skin is soft and youthful. I feel so lucky to be 80 years old and to feel so overall healthy.

ensuring absorption
I know we need omega 6 and 9 as well as omega 3 from fish oil. I also learned that part of the population cannot absorb flax seed oil. So to be safe, I've omitted 3-6-9 capsules which include flax and only do fish oil and borage oil.
I get what I need, at a great price. It was hard to find borage oil alone on the internet, but Swanson came through for us!
