Best skin oil!
I alternate using this on my face and hands...one day I use the Limonene from Oranges as an astringent (also Swanson caps)and the next day I use these avocado oil caps (one will do your face and neck). Just open the cap with a small pointed object and squeeze the oil onto your hand and onto your face--VERY moisturizing!

What's not to like? We all know avocados are excellent for the health. It's oil is a great source of lecithin (so you don't have to get it from soy!). It is good for your skin, and is anti-aging ...

Good product at a great price
I like this avocado oil supplement. Since I do not eat avocados, this capsule version works well for me. While it does not clear my skin completely, it does seem to give my skin a smoother tone when I take 2 pills per day.

Natural source of Essential Fatty Acid

great deal
supermarket avocados aren't organic, sometimes over ripened and expensive. also your average avocado has over 20 grams of fat, and if you eat it in pieces the saved portion tends to get brown and slimy. these avocado softgels give the benefits of eating organic avocados cheaper and waste free.

Burn Belly Fat !
