Not very good
Every time I use this product, I am wide awake for hours. I quit using it because I WANT to sleep, not stare at the ceiling and wonder when it will start to work. Skip this and get Melatonin.

Excellent product

I like feeling rested!
I always have had trouble sleeping, tossing and turning all night, taking an hour to get to sleep, then when I get up, I don't feel at all rested. So I started taking Sleep Essentials. I went to sleep so much faster, I didn't toss and turn all night, and when I woke up, I actually felt rested! I went without Sleep Essentials last night, and when I got up this morning, I didn't feel rested, I was dragging my feet all morning. So I ordered some more Sleep Essentials and will not go without it ever again! I like feeling rested!

Helps with sleep
My husband has trouble sleeping if he doesn't take this an hour before bedtime. Sleep Essentials has made a huge difference for him. He sleeps like a baby now. : )

Rest for the weary!
At times my life can be very stressful and demanding, my mind revving a million miles an hour, makes it hard to fall asleep. This product calms and relaxes me so I can drift off more readily.

Fantastic!
I have been taking this product for a couple of years now and I wouldn't be without it. I've had a bit of a stressful life over the past several years and many times would lie awake in bed. No longer! This product is very gentle and I have had no side effects from it. I love it. I get a good night's sleep every night.

initially worked
I would agree with other reviewer --this worked initially, but over occasional (2x/wk) use over months, this is not working so well anymore. For example, last night I took 2 tabs for 6 mg 1 hr. prior to bed. After 2 hrs., I took a 3rd tab, for 9 mg (I weigh 105# if that influences anything). Was awake for 2 more hrs. total, sleep soundly for 7 hrs. but woke up groggy.

Quite a good product!
For a tough senior citizen sleeper, this product worked surprisingly quite well. I am on my second bottle. I don't take it every night but probably a couple of times a week. Expect to continue and the value is the greatest, very affordable!

Remarkable improvement
This truly helped me to regain a better sleep cycle. I did take a higher dosage at first but have reduced it to 2 pills per night. That + 5HTP with Melatonin (by Swanson) and a glass of tart cherry juice.
