Excellent Product
I have been using this for over a year and it definitely seems to allow me to workout more intensely. I only use it on days when I lift (every other day) about 30 min before workout after not eating for at least 2 hrs. I think it probably gives me a leaner body also. I should probably use daily and would have even better results. Capsules are easy to take also.

GHR works~~
I've been a loyal customer of Swanson Health Products since 2001 when I purchased my first bottle of GHR essentials..And only till recently when I reordered and You don't have it in stock,have I not used it..A great product for me in staying in good overall heath and it gives me my "Fresh "start of the day..I use it when weight-training and I do see a difference when I'm not using it..PLEASE notify me when it is back in stock..Appreciate it,Joe Werner

Not for me
Wanted to love this..it works for friends. Unfortunately I had a bad skin reaction which disappeared when I stopped taking the supplement and returned when I tried again.

Just what I needed!
Getting older left me with less energy then I was used to have. Then I found this Growth Hormone Releaser. Taking this for about a week I felt more energized and knew that it was really working. I keep on using it and feel like my 'old' self again.Thanks.

I bought a similar product from another company and it cost 3 times as much. This works just as well and I save money.

seems to have helped my wieght stabalize. i was actually to thin. in the past months my wieght has returned to normal.

GHR
I am 75, I have been taking GHR since I found it available at Swansons. It produces excellent results. I am not trying to bulk up grotesque like you see in the muscle mags. I am however,able to maintain good muscle and skin tone and look 20 years younger. The price is great especially when you catch a two for one sale.

Great Product!
Heard about all the buzz in Hollywood with regards to HGH. Of course, many of these people were stars, and therefore had a larger budget to work with than myself. But thanks to Swanson, I can afford the HGH releaser and so far... I love the results I'm getting and seeing! It certainly helps with wieght loss and metabolism. I am 50 years young and I wouldn't be caught without these once I tried them. As for the weght goes, I take it in conjunction with Relora, L-Carnitine (another got2 have product!), African Mango and Raspberry ketones. I take some other supplements, as well. But these are my go2 guys for obtaining and maintaining my weight!

Great Supplement for Men
I have been taking this for 2 weeks and can definitely feel myself getting stronger in all aspects of my kettle bell workouts. I feel less taxed (Fatigued) in the morning when I get up.

GHR
It is hard to review this product because I take other supplements that have similar ingredients. However, I will say that the one thing that I notice about this product is that it acts like a dream catcher. For some odd reason, I can recall my dreams more vividly than before if I take three caps before bedtime. The dream part is really cool. I don't know about the rest of the claims.

Great product
I will turn 65 in about a week and I still climb ladders ,hang sheet rock and everything the younger guys do. From the time I discovered Life Extentions and the benifits of Arginine and Ornathine I have been a beliver. Your GHR contains both of these and other helpful things. I have found I get better results and more endurance when I use GHR .

KEEPS ME LOOKING YOUNGER!
I have used this product off and on for a few years. When the reccommended dose is followed, I not only get compliments but am asked how old i am. I've even gotten carded while using this product. I just tuned 51.

One of the best Swanson has
I have tried over 25 Swanson supplements over the past 7 months and this is one of the few where I had noticeable, positive results.
Didn't have any weight loss like some. But I have never been able to get up early and this totally helped me wake early and gave me energy to get things done from the get-go.
I have gone a month now without this(trying out other supplements) and I miss the effects badly. I'm reordering today.
The bummer is the 8 pills per night I'm supposed to take for my weight class, but I've found that 4 or 6 gets the results I want.

Excellent!!
The first day i took these, i felt better. After a few days, i noticed a definite & distinct return of vitality, energy & hopefulness. Am reordering now so that I do not ever run out!! :) Wish they came in a larger size, at the recommended dosage, this bottle is only a 1-month supply (or less, for some people). Am anxious to see long-term benefits, but even if i don't, the dramatic change in the way i feel is worth 10 times the price of this supplement.

Awesome!
This stuff is AWESOME. Since switching to the GHR, I've seen more gains in my workouts in just one month than I had in the previous 3 months when I was just taking plain arginine (and I'm 55 years old, not an easy age at which to increase muscle mass). I take half my daily recommended dose in the morning before working out and the other half before going to bed.
Definitely worth the money.

Better sleep
I cannot vouch to this product's efficiency as a growth hormone stimulator. But it certainly helps me sleep deeper. The only disadvantage is that a large dosage needs to be taken for it to be effective, which can be not so cost-effective, especially as it is rather expensive to start with.

Very helpful supplement
This is one of the supplements my chiropractor recommended to increase strength and put on muscle while I also increase endurance, and it works great for me. Fast results at the gym.

It Works!
I'm on my third bottle. I started for weight loss reasons, which hasn't happened yet. The upside is that I sleep all night and wake up refreshed in the morning. I don't need naps during the day anymore and my thinking is more clear. I am ordering again.
