Good and Bad Mineral Complex
I used this for quite some time, but then I realized it has soy in it. Soy is generally undesirable. I would continue using it as I have, but as long as it has soy, I will use it less. I'm getting good results using Calcium and Magnesium, zinc, and selenium.

Good mineral complex
Overall this is good mineral complex and could recommend it even more if it contained Viatmin K2 instead of K1. Swansons really needs to carry a similar or the same complex with Vitamin K2 to assist the minerals and Vitamin D to make it to the bones and teeth.

Great Product!
I have been taking bone essentials for years, and am totally satisfied with the product. It offers a good ratio of calcium to magnesium and is easy to digest. It really suits my needs.

Good overall
I'd researched alot of different brands for content and value and had been using Bone Defense by Kal.
Then I discovered Swanson's brand and it's an even better deal with really good content.

All You Need
Simply put, this product has everything you need for bone, skin, immune and digestive health. It replaces the needs to buy separate Calcium, Magnesium, D, Zinc, etc etc etc. Vitamin D and Calcium need to be taken in conjunction for proper absorption, and everything else in it works together to do everything it says.
I find that it also calms my stomach, helps with digestion and enhances my immune system. As usual, it's a great value because, again, everything you need is in here.

Good product for the money
This calcium supplement includes many ingredients that work together to keep my bones healthy. The price is very reasonable.

expected better from Swanson
Could have been totally INERT ingredients for all I could tell. Would be better to omit the Silicon which made my fingernails not stronger as suggested, but weaker and flaky,which always happens when I take a supplement containing Silicon or Horsetail grass.Also did not experience ANY lower intestinal benefit , like I do when I use my usual drugstore brand containing Calcium and vitamin D.Price was quite low in comparison,but I was quite disappointed.

Everything I need
I feel that Bone Essentials provides everything I need to complete my calcium consumption. I haven't found that in one supplement anywhere else. It has calcium citrate, Vitamin D and magnesium. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night and with a glass of 8-12 oz. of milk I feel that fulfills my daily value and is sufficient at my age, 52.

I selected this item because it contains both Vitamin D and Magnesium, both essential for Calcium absorption.

Bone Essentials
Taking another product for years....became to expensive for S.S. check. Hapenstanced upon the bone essentials, read ingredients, first time trial, results are pleasing. Needed additinal calcium for bone support.

Convenient Healthy Bones
As a woman over 50 I am always aware of the need for Calcium, but choose the right combination of other ingredients to allow it to metabolize properly was always confusing. This product has it all together and I feel great.
