Doesn't work for me
Useless. The only Swanson product that didn't do what it was supposed to do, get rid of excess water, in years of using Swanson. Very disappointed.

Works well
I drink a lot of wate throughout the day normally but this is suppose to eliminate the excess that makes you feel sluggish, and it does...will definetly purchase more

Great Product!
I love this product for keeping water retention down, and I love the natural herbs that are in it! Can't find products like this one (with the same ingredients) at this price anywhere else!

Great Value
It has the ingredients I was looking for at the best price. I've been taking it for over 10 years and notice a difference if I miss a few days. I also like the small, easy-to-swallow tablets.

skip the uva ursi
I evidently missed that uva ursi leaf was a component of this supplement. I don't believe the risk vs. reward of this ingredient is on the side of reward.

Fantastic!
I have never used a water pill before and this works wonders. It illiminated alot of unwanted water and gives me a much more toned look. Very happy!

Works
This supplement works. However, if you follow the recommended dosage, you won't really see much water dose. In order to loos significant water, you have do increase the dosage to two or three caps before each meal. Nonetheless it works.

Nice! Works slowly but works good.
I use this for water retention. Not on any consistant basis. I use it when I feel puffy and during cycles when I step on the scale and realize I have gain like 5 pounds over night!
Anyhow, this product works slowly to relieve some of the pressure of water retention.
I personally prefer it to work slowly cause I tell you I dont want it to work so hard that I feel dry and dehydrated like a raisin!. If you take them as directed, then you can slowly start to lose extra water in a day.
