Good product
I've been exercising, eating clean, and also have been taking this product. It's hard to tell if I've been losing the extra belly fat because of it or because of the exercises and the diet. What I like about this product is the cost. Swanson definitely delivers products at good quality and value compared to other brands. That's why I chose to go for Swanson's, and I totally recommend it.

Average product
Have been taking approximately 2-3 weeks. Can't tell any difference in weight or appetite. Will continue to take until bottle is empty to see if results arrive.

Not as I had hoped
I purchased these in hopes of boosting metabolism during exercise and dropping some "fat" cells. Though other reviews say it takes a while to see results...I gave up after five weeks as I saw no difference.

Tonalin
Well I bought this to burn some stubborn fat as I exercise. To be honest I do not see any changes so far...but the price is a good value so I will continue to take it and hope that this fat will melt off.

great value
I have been using CLA for a while now, and when I moved to the States, start getting it from Swanson. It worked perfectly for me, combined with exercise and diet, I lost 50 pounds in one year. Also, in last months I was not able to work out frequently but kept taking CLA and never got a pound back, enduring Thxsgiving and Xmas parties untouched. I have recommended to several friends and overall they are satisfied as well

Good Value
I have used Tonalin as a dietary supplement for years. While it has not affected my weight, neither up or down, I have not noticed any adverse side effects and I am fairly certain that CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is beneficial, I did find that, dollar for dollar, Swanson's is the best value.

Haven't seen any difference
Have been using this for about 3 weeks in conjunction with L-Carnitine and have maybe seen a slight difference, but I don't know for sure that it was from these product because I have also stepped up my exercise routines as well.

Tonalin CLA for weight control
I take two 1000 mg capsules after breakfast and two after diner. The product helps me lose body fat and maintain lean body mass.

Have used product for over a year.
Coupled with exercise and L-Carnitine I have definitely noticed decreased difficult to remove belly fat.

Do not recommend
This product did not work for me, making me gain weight instead of loosing it. It also created the worst smells unlike any other vitamin or supplement that I have ever taken.

I take it before 30 mins exercise twice a week, it really works~!

Fantastic Product!!
This product does exactly what it claims. I've been taking it off and on for about a year, but nonstop of six months now. I use a body composition monitor, which gives me actual lbs of fat and muscle in my body--b/c sometimes those lbs lost can be anything from fat to water weight. In the last 6 months, I have lost 4.2lbs of pure fat, while I have only lost 0.8 pounds of muscle mass. Before I took the Tonalin, when dieting to lose weight, I always lost roughly the same amounts of fat and muscle. I was very excited to see I had maintained that muscle mass as well, even during times that I was not able to get in my usual exercise. I will definitely continue to purchase this product.

Excellent Supplement
I had taken this supplement along with my Weight Watchers regimen for quite a while. I decided I no longer needed it and quit about a year ago. Interestingly I began to notice that my belly fat was increasing. After seeing a Dr. Oz segment on safflower oil/CLA, I realized that the belly fat problem began when I STOPPED taking my CLA. I am now back on the supplement and take it before most meals. I have also added safflower oil to my diet. What a difference! I have recommended this to many of my friends.

Tonalin/CLA
I was told about this product and tried swansons product along with 2 other products for weight loss. I had not been able to lose weight and since taking tonalin/cla and better eating habits I have begun to lose inches in 3 weeks. I am very satisfied and will continue with this product. I don't have any 6 packs and I guess I won't ever have any.:) but I am enjoying gettting back into my size 8's and prayfully get into my 6's down the road.

Just a little more...
I wish this product was slightly more than 1000mg/softgels. The quantity (180) is just right, but taking 3 a day gets old fast...
This product would be amazing if it were 1200-1500mg and 180 softgels

Just Not Effective For Us.
My husband and I took CLA for nine months before deciding it really wasn't helping and we weren't seeing results from taking this supplement. We were not expecting miracles, we hit the gym 3-4 times a week and do treadmill/elliptical and weight training. We have not taken it in three months and do not see any negatives from going off of it. We continue to get in better shape and I have lost an additional inch off my waist since I quit taking it, which I attribute to eating better and exercise.
I still would say to give this a shot, it may work for you.
