Good Product

If your stuck at a plateau in your weight loss this will give you that little extra push. It helped me lose those extra few pounds. and I am still using it to lose more weight with exercise and healthy eating.

Best Purchase Ever
I have taken CitriMax for 8 weeks and have lost 19 pounds. I do track my food intake (Weight Watchers), and I also exercise 2-3 times a week. It greatly curbs my appetite, and gives me plenty of energy throughout the day. I am over 60 and the energy boost is very much welcomed. I don't always remember to take it 30 to 60 minutes before my meal, but if I forget, i just I take it with my meal. Great product.

WORKS FOR ME
I have been using this product for about 1 month now and have consistently lost about 1-2 pounds a week, along with a 1300 calorie day/diet. I would recommend this product.

Wow - it works!
I have tried numerous products over the past 2 years to help me lose and control that slow menopause weight creep, and this is the only one that actually works. I am so utterly surprised that I have lost almost 3 lbs. in 3 weeks and did not really change the way I eat much. I should add that I am not heavy and only needed to lose about 5 -6 lbs but it was stubborn weight. I also eat quite healthy, brown rice, lots of vegetables, high fiber diet, but that scale just never moved down. Swanson offers high quality products at very reasonable prices, so I am a customer for life!

Not for all seniors
A young neighbor is taking CitriMax with steady results of weight loss & extra energy... My husband & I are both over 60, tried the CitriMax and had a bad "side effect". It made me extremely depressed and hostile. I took it for over a week before I realized and ID-ed the problem. Stopped the CitriMax and was fine. My husband wanted to try it and he had same result. On some? website I remember a recommendation NOT to take it if you have dementia. Guess we are in that category. The best thing about my poor result is with Swanson's GREAT one-year return policy, I didn't loose any money from trying something new. They even pay the return postage!

Big dissapointment....
I did a lot of research on this product and all the different brands. I'd like to loose about 10lbs,I eat organic, lots of vegetables, good protein 4 - 5 small meals everyday and workout 5 days a week. I kept my diet and activities the same and this product did absolutely nothing.
Maybe there is something in the fruit that is beneficial but, when it's broken down into a capsule it may all be lost. So, I can not recommend this product.

This works!
This product does work to curb appetite if taken an hour or so before a meal. I find if I eat the same amount as I normally would, I find myself feeling quite a bit fuller after finishing the meal. So I have to remember to eat less so I don't feel overly full.
The only drawback is having to take two before each meal about an hour before. Sometimes that is hard to remember and of course the bottle is used up quickly. Sometimes I take just one if it's going to be a light meal. But it is a great price for the results.

Good product
I've taken this product for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. so far. I plan to keep using it and hope to drop 20 lbs more. I have not had any side effects - no buzzy, jittery feelings like you get with "diet" pills.

Lose Weight and Lose the Hunger
Super Citrimax, along with Swanson Phase 2 and EFA products help me control hunger while eating less and losing weight. Exercise helps and I still have plenty of energy to do that -- I am down 15 lbs in 2 months and hope to lose another 10. Price is great, too.

I am happy with this product. I find that if I take 2 about an hour before meals it greatly diminishes my appetite.

Great Product!
For what this costs and the fact that it's pretty natural, I would highly reccomend this. I have a huge cravings problem and snack alot throughout the day. After taking this, my snacking has drastically decreased and my portion control is alot better. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that it doesn't give me any extra energy.

More than we expected!
We started taking Super CitriMax about 3 weeks ago. We are both healthy and workout in a regular basis but we both battle belly fat. We have both lost a few pounds even though we are at our target weights, We have both noticed a great decrease in our stomachs. My boyfriend went down a whole pant size, The added bonus is we are sleeping better and fell much happier.I love this product and tell all of my friends about it.

Not sure
I have been taking Swanson Best Weight-Control Formulas Super CitriMax Clinical Strength for about 1 month and haven't noticed any difference yet however, I also started an exercise program about the same time so I could be building muscle and the fat loss isn't noticeable yet. I will review again if there is positive results to report.

unexpected benefits
I've been taking this for a couple of weeks now and although there's been no actual weight loss, there are other benefits I'm seeing: greatly improved mood, loss of fat replaced by muscle, better quality sleep and reduced cravings for simple (sugar) carbohydrates. A pre-existing thyroid condition could be interfering with weight loss, so I'm being extra patient with the weight loss thing and looking to see that down the road. I'm giving this supplement 90 days and then re-evaluating. A medical professional did advise to not pay so much attention to the scale as to reduction of body fat, and I'm definitely seeing that.

my goal weight loss in 60 pounds. I diet and excerise. I have been using this for a week and 2 days and ive lost 11 pounds in 9 days! But thats with diet and excerise along with this pill. dont be lazy and expect the pill to do all the work for you. if u have a purpose then do everything u can to get there. 11 pounds in 9 days! lets goooo! :)

Really works for me!
I have been taking Super Citrimax Clinical Strength for awhile. I like it and it works for me. Sometimes it is hard to remember to take it 30 min. before eating, but I am now used to it.
