Have been taking 6 months. Have seen no difference in appetite or weightloss.

Raz-Berry Bang for your buck

Been taking it for a year now
I have only good things to say about this product. it curbs my appetite and does exactly what Dr. Oz said it would. One thing you have to know is to combine with EXERCISE.
IT IS NOT A MAGIC PILL
There are tons of factors that go into why it may not work for some people. You can't just take it and sit around.

They do speed your metabolism
This product was recommended by Dr. Oz for weight loss. I sit at work and needed a lift to get me going. The first few weeks I noticed a little nervousness and stomach upset so I stopped taking them for awhile. When I resumed I noticed taking one every other day worked better. I feel more energetic and exercise is easier.

didn't work for me
but that doesn't mean it won't work for you...i took twice a day for two months...no weight loss..but than again...no weight gain...smells like raspberries which i did like

I'm Bummed
Unfortunately, this supplement did absolutely nothing for me. I gave it a couple weeks, and nada. My appetite wasn't suppressed at all hahah ah well. It wasn't costly, so i'm not too worried about it.

Recommend
I take two twice daily and believe it has helped me maintain my current weight, along with healthy eating and exercise. I can tell a difference when I don't take it (if I run out).

My husband is taking this, however you need to make sure you take two a day for effectiveness,
This one is a great value, however I can not take it as it has rice flour in it, so I must use a more expensive product.

Can't Beat The Price ANYWHERE!
When I see what other stores and catalogs charge for their raspberry ketones, I am shocked. When I see what Swanson's charges, I am also shocked, but in an entirely different way. Swanson's prices are 1/5 as much as many others charge, and there are no dangerous stimulants added to Swanson's product. As if that's not enough, their Razberi K REALLY WORKS! I take it along with African Mango every day, and have been doing so for about 6 months. In that time I've dropped from 254 lbs down to 226 lbs. I do not take ANY other so-called "diet" pills, just the natural herbal products from Swanson's Vitamins.

and it smells great too!
i had heard about raspberry k on dr. oz and was skeptical. thought i'd try anyway.combined with a better diet and exercise this product seems to have helped with weight loss. my appetite seems to be less and i have lost weight. never as much as i'd like but it is up to me!

Awesome
This is probably the first review i've posted that was positive about any type of "weight loss" supplement. I've been taking this along with 7keto, Vit D and calcium, and my appetite has shrunk considerably. Also my craving for sugar has gone down. There does seem to be a ramp up time, like a week to get fully into your system, but after that if you forget to take it a day or two, you will notice an increase in hunger. Like other people have said, it does cause me to burp if i dont drink enough water with it, but they smell like berries so its not really that upsetting :)
