Works For Me!! This is another great product from Swanson. On Thanksgiving I didn't take any because I wanted to enjoy all the goodies that come with a filling Thanksgiving Day dinner (and leftovers the day after!). Whenever I take the capsules I always notice a decrease in appetite so I let myself have my binge for a few days for the holiday. Sure enough, I noticed afterwards my jeans were a little snug. After getting back on the "pill", my jeans are back to normal! I just love this product! December 3, 2012

Actually works I wasn't sure about this when I read the other person's review about "you will be in the bathroom an hour later." I tried this after having lots of carbs. FEW hours later, it does work. May not work within the hour for some, but it does eventually work. Especially if you love your carbs! Something that stays true to its word and a great value.
