Does the trick
Started using this product recommended by my Dr. and purchased thru their office. Very expensive, but found Swansons and now purchase thru them. Same product, good results, will keep with this product. Have changed several of my supplements to Swansons, (or brand they offer) because purchasing thru local vitamin store or Dr.'s office has been a significant savings (sometimes up to $100 per month). Good response, shipping time and good customer service when needed. TY Swanson.

I am a huge fan of BOTH the PHASE 2 Carb Controller (Carb Blocker) AND the LIPOSAN ULTRA (Chitosan)(Fat Blocker).

Helps feel fuller
I know I feel fuller if I take 2 tablets and seems to go the the bathroom more. The final answer maybe next year.

Best Value White Kidney Bean Extract
I saw the product recommended on Dr. Oz . I started researching & it was rather costly. But the Swanson brand is affordable to use each time I eat a carbohydrate. I had no negative effects from it---no gas or bloating. There is no way of knowing if it really works, but it seems to.

Effective Product
I've heard and read about this type of weight loss aid product from several sources including a well known and respected physician. I've been using it for several months, and I believe it is helping me control my weight. Swanson has a good price on it, too.

As good if not better than comparable products
I am one of those people who don't do well with carbs - at all. I've taken many different kinds of Phase 2 products over the years, even bought a comparable brand from this very site.
I finally decided to give this the old college try and it works just as well, actually better. With comparable products sometimes it was difficult to go to the bathroom. I've never once had that problem with this product.

Carb Controller
Product seems to work as advertised. Have to take 30 minutes before meal. Takes some mental effort to remember that, but life isn't without it's complications. Does seem to be effective as gain no ounces after taking it and consuming a higher carb meal.

Yes - It Works
We bought this for my husband's use. - Last year, we inadvertantly engaged in a "blind test" of this product. While on a cruise, he mistakenly took this for another supplement, and used it regularly before each dinner. When we returned from the cruise and "weighed in" to compare against our pre-cruise numbers, he was the only member of our party that ended up losing weight. He realized what had happened a few days later.
Considering that everyone else had gained weight and none of us took this, our conclusion was that Phase 2 was responsible. I think it's a bit on the expensive side, but it does work and I would definitely continue to purchase it.

Phase 2-Real Deal!
I have tried many things to aid in weight management and Phase 2 has been the proven supplement for me. Usually if I am eating a high carb meal (I tend to stay away from processed carbs), I will take about 200mg before meal (15-20 mins), this qty should be more than enough per heavy carb meal. The Phase 2 helps me feel full and does block the added carbs from being turned to fat in my body. Some people have gassy reactions, but I have not had such reactions. Also excellent for me as I am sometimes overly acidic, try this product and see for yourself. I found this to work better than anything out there. But, I have yet to try green coffee bean extract...

Good
White kidney bean extract is an excellent source to reduce retention of harmful carbs that normally turns to fat. Best time to take is before ingesting a high carb meal. Be prepared to hit the bathroom within an hour after eating.

Extra benefits
I have been taking this for about 3 months. I only use it with a large (bad) carb meal but I think it works. The thing I have really noticed is that since I started taking it I don't "crave" those kind of meals. I will keep using it although I don't think it actually effects weight loss as I'm losing about what I should be for my calorie intake but no more.
