Helpful supplement
This product is a gentle appetite suppressant. I have only taken it a couple of weeks meaning it has not had time to induce weight loss. This is why I gave it a three-star effectiveness rating. I plan to try it for a couple of months before deciding how effective it is.

Really works
Ive been using this pruduct for at least 6 months and really have seen a difference, it took about 30 days to notice but it really does work!

It is bad weight I am loosing
I would like to loose even more weight,
I lost for now. Razbery-K and other brands
Of Raspberry Ketons, are not the fasting aid,
But helping very effectively to change around,
Especially stomach and belly, unhealthy fat.
It is what happening to me, as by book,
I lost only 30 pounds so far, but looks,
Feeling and ABS made me young fit.
I would recommend 10, because it is one of two or three best companies I can afford to buy from, and it is probably as good as most expensive supplements.
If, however, one can afford more expensive supplements, I wouldn't prevent him from trying.
I simply do not know if there much difference in effectiveness, beside dosage and form of it one can find on the bottle, it is why I would say less than 10.

Reduced appetite& sugar cravings More energy!
I just started with these 2 days ago so no I cannot say anything about weight loss yet, however I feel they have decreased my appetite ,given me more energy & reduced greatly my sugar cravings!! I will post again at end of my bottle.

Great Quality, I think it helped my Plateau
Been losing weight at a steady pace of 1-2 pounds per week for a few months. I read about Raspberry Keytones and decided to give it a shot. I hit a plateau for 3 weeks and after I started taking this I finally got back on track and started losing again. I think it helped me overcome my plateau, but I guess I can't be 100% sure. (Which is why I gave Effectiveness a 3).
I started this in combination with Green Tea Extract as well. It can leave a slight raspberry taste in your belly if you don't eat a lot, but that is not really a negative.

only been taking this for a month so I haven't made a final decision regarding it's effectiveness...however it seems to be helping me hold my weight steady without watching my diet. Its easy and the price if definately better than the competitors.

It works!!!

Getting started

Great product. Easy to use to get out of bed.
This product is easy to digest & doesn't hurt my stomach. It is helping to curve my appetite. I am losing weight with the help of this product, green coffee complex & exercise.

Don't waste your time or money
I have used the 100 mg strength and they work, but
I have noticed the ones that work generally smell like raspberry when I open the bottle. This bottle doesn't have that odor when I have taken them the do not seem to do much, so I suspect the quality is not there. I do not think that I would buy them again.

I bought this for my mom but she's not happy with it. Perhaps this works for others but not for her.
Thankfully Swanson has a return policy so we returned it.
As for its value, it seems very good value compare to other brands.

Jury is still out
I've been trying the product for about three weeks now. There is no question that it increases my energy level which is great. Weight loss? Not so far. Most likely if I combined this with a better diet there would be good results. You sure don't want to take this too late at night unless you want to stay awake. By far the best price I have seen for the product anywhere. Around half what others are charging . Hoping to track long term results as I coninue using the product. I stocked up. Not sure if I would recommend to a friend or not since I haven't seen any real results. Need to give it more time.

Great Appetite Control
Great product that controls your appetite. The only complaint I have is that you take it twice a day before meals. For me working overnights it kind of messes up my routine, but I truly would recommend this product

Helps with appetite
This product seemed to take a while to start working for me. After taking it for 5 to 7 days, I started noticing that I was not so hungry in between meals. I could go much longer without eating and not feeling so hungry on my diet. Obviously this helps in reducing calories. I have not weighed myself as I'm trying to get away from having the number means so much to me. I hate feeling hungry so I will continue to use raspberry ketones. I also use glucomannan to help tide me over until it's time to eat.

Does it work? I guess
Does this work? Maybe, who really knows though as I have been eating better and exercising. Although a week I took off i didn't gain any weight so maybe, just maybe, it does work!

Just ordered
I was taking the 100mg and have had excellent results. So, I just ordered 2 bottles of the 500mg. I take less capsules and save more money. I am very pleased with the results I have seen. I am also pleased with the prices and quality. Again, thank you Swanson.
