Results overcome scepticism
I have been on a low carb diet for a year and 1/2 and tho' I have lost a LOT of weight, I had gotten stuck for many months with no loss. Decided, tho' I am dubious about diet pills, that this was worth a try as the low carb diet relies on burning ketones for the weight loss. Seems to have worked as I have started losing again.

It works!
I've been using this product only a few weeks and I get comments on a daily basis on how I am losing weight. I am a skeptic when it comes to weight lost pills, but this really works. Cuts down on cravings for bad stuff and snacks. Easy to take, one pill in the morning and one pill with dinner. The price is great compared to competitor products. I have recommended this product to serveral friends.

I ordered this product and then tried another less potent and then back to this now its been 3 months of taking and have seen nothing change.

lost inces
Tried expensive supplements with lose weight fast claims, however found that Swanson Vitamins has quality vitamins with better results. Have taken 2 tabs in the AM with water 30 min. before eating breakfast. Have cut out bad foods (found if you don't buy it you won't eat it) I seem to eat less, don't get hungry between meals. Started seeing results within 6 weeks, slight at first, but thats better than nothing! Take with Garcinia Cambogia 400 and green tea extract, with same amount 30 min before meals.

Helpful supplement
This product is a gentle appetite suppressant. I have only taken it a couple of weeks meaning it has not had time to induce weight loss. This is why I gave it a three-star effectiveness rating. I plan to try it for a couple of months before deciding how effective it is.

Really works

It is bad weight I am loosing
I would like to loose even more weight,
I lost for now. Razbery-K and other brands
Of Raspberry Ketons, are not the fasting aid,
But helping very effectively to change around,
Especially stomach and belly, unhealthy fat.
It is what happening to me, as by book,
I lost only 30 pounds so far, but looks,
Feeling and ABS made me young fit.
I would recommend 10, because it is one of two or three best companies I can afford to buy from, and it is probably as good as most expensive supplements.
If, however, one can afford more expensive supplements, I wouldn't prevent him from trying.
I simply do not know if there much difference in effectiveness, beside dosage and form of it one can find on the bottle, it is why I would say less than 10.

Reduced appetite& sugar cravings More energy!
I just started with these 2 days ago so no I cannot say anything about weight loss yet, however I feel they have decreased my appetite ,given me more energy & reduced greatly my sugar cravings!! I will post again at end of my bottle.

Great Quality, I think it helped my Plateau
Been losing weight at a steady pace of 1-2 pounds per week for a few months. I read about Raspberry Keytones and decided to give it a shot. I hit a plateau for 3 weeks and after I started taking this I finally got back on track and started losing again. I think it helped me overcome my plateau, but I guess I can't be 100% sure. (Which is why I gave Effectiveness a 3).
I started this in combination with Green Tea Extract as well. It can leave a slight raspberry taste in your belly if you don't eat a lot, but that is not really a negative.

only been taking this for a month so I haven't made a final decision regarding it's effectiveness...however it seems to be helping me hold my weight steady without watching my diet. Its easy and the price if definately better than the competitors.

Don't waste your time or money
I have used the 100 mg strength and they work, but
I have noticed the ones that work generally smell like raspberry when I open the bottle. This bottle doesn't have that odor when I have taken them the do not seem to do much, so I suspect the quality is not there. I do not think that I would buy them again.
