Great Product!
I have used this product for about 2-months and I have lost weight. It curbs my appetite for foods containing sugar and salt, it removes my desire for high carb foods. I also incorporate strength training. I would recommend this product in conjunction with the Green Coffee Bean Extract. I have lost 12 pounds and I have more energy than ever before.

Did not work for me
Seeing that this combination has been around for a long time suggested to me that it would likely be beneficial (or it wouldn't still be sold). It may work for some, but it didn't for me. I didn't change my eating or exercise habits, and after six weeks, the only change I saw in my weight was a slight increase. It made no difference in my energy level or my appetite. The best I can say is, at least it was an inexpensive experiment.

I have not lost any weight, but I do thing this is a good product because of the ingredients I know these ingredients are good for weight and the body.. Maybe I haven't taken them long.

Improved my Digestion
The tablets are easy to take (they're not that big, unless you're not used to taking pills). They help curb my appetite (especially for sweets) and they made me [more] regular (no.2-wise). Although it did take a while (about a week and a half) before I felt the effects.

Nope, didn't do it for me...
I've tried similar products in the past (about a decade ago) with great results for excellerated weight loss, but the times have changed. As we get older, I found out, it's much more difficult to lose the excess bulge. Well, I guess you can say I tried this product for as long as I could tolerate them (3 weeks) but I was pretty disappointed when I discovered (after the fact) these have Calcium Carbonate as filler!! Since I have a very sensitive digestive system, this product caused great discomfort in my abdomin, so I had to stop taking it :( As far as weight loss, there was no measurable results at all in the time period I tried them. Perhaps these might work for you, but they didn't for me. For the value, they were excellent- I managed to get these on BOGO! I gave this product an overall rating of 3 leaves because this might work much better for someone else. I will continue exercising and eating right and will be trying something else for a weight loss boost...

Digestion and feeling less hungry in Afternoons
I am really new to Swanson Vitamins and have switched all of my vitamins to this Company.
I really feel better and think this tablet has helped with my digestion and not feeling hungry in the afternoons. My husband has been taking them also and thinks they are working for him. Love the quality and great savings of Swanson's Vitamins....with the buy one get one free how can you go wrong??

Well.......
This is a mixed review. I feel lighter since I started using this pill, which is a plus. The downside for me is, I have noticed over the past few days that when I sweat I smell like vinegar. I do a lot of housework and started working out again recently, so I sweat enough to notice this. I am going to continue taking this to see if the benefits outweigh this little odor problem I'm having. Going to stay positive!

Happy with product
I stumbled on this product browsing Swanson's website... I've been frustrated with my slow metabolism. This seems to help. It's an old remedy, but so convenient in the tablet form. Thank you Swanson's!!

Works for me!
I have been taking this supplement for about a week now. I have noticed an increase in overall energy and a decrease in my appetite. I keep one bottle at home and another in my desk at work. I will definately re-order.

Revs up metabolism

Worth a Try
I do like this product. It's not as effective as some other similar products-- at least for me. I also find myself forgetting to take it but that's my fault. :)
I do feel better when I take it as it boosts my energy.

It Works!
