Great with Now Super CitriMax
I have taken Swanson Best Weight-Control Formulas
Green Coffee Complex with Green Tea & Raspberry Ketones and also Now Super CitriMax since November of 2012, taking 2 capsules of each twice a day. I also dieted and exercised and have now lost over 60 lbs.! These 2 really helped me and I highly recommend both.

Love this product
This product works for me, it helps to minimize appetite and I have noticed a smaller stomach, thighs and hips. I have been watching what I eat and exercising at least 3 times a week for over a year now and no real results until this product. I will be ordering again.

no noticable effect
I have not noticed any difference since I have been taking this. I would not repurchase. The convenience of once or twice daily is fine, and the packaging is fine. But the product does nothing that I can see.

It Really Works
I have been using this product for several months now and I can attests to the fact that I am eating smaller portions because I feel full sooner. I am not craving food, and even though I think I am more an emotional eater, I'm simply not over-eating because I'm not hungry.

Just started taking the combination capsules. Previously was taking separate capsules for each. This is more convenient. Had success with the individuals from Swansons Brand, so I feel good about this product as well.

Great Value
I have taken this product only a few weeks so I am not firm on its effectiveness. However, I am sure of the value. I wanted try both the products and was very glad to have one capsule which combined both.

Good Product
I've been happy with this product - I liked the price, the ingredients, and the results. I'm conscientious about what I eat - but this seems to make a difference on the days that I might have an extra treat.

So far, so good. I'm a senior citizen who'd
like to lose 15 #s . . . I've been taking the
supplement twice a day before meals, while
changing nothing else in my day to day
routine. Started taking along with Garcinia
Cambogia on May 1 and to date have lost
2.5 #'s . . . So, I think it gets the credit . . .?
I'll have a better read on the effectiveness of
the product after 6-8 wks . . .

It doesn't work
I tried 1 pill two times a day. I tried two pills two times a day. I tried one pill three times a day. The only result was a belly ache.

I believe it is helping
I was on the weight watcher plan, tracking "points" to stay within my alotted amount. It was working, burt slowly. I began taking this as a supplement to the diet. I believe it helps! It seems as though the weight is coming off bertter. And, as always, Swansons prices seem to be better than others.

This is the first month I have used this product so I have not yet come to any definite conclusions. I have purchased it from a different source in the past and find this from Swanson to be a better value. I have been pleased with other items from Swanson and will place another order for the green tea and raspberry.

I started using this product in conjunction with a low carb diet. It actually seems to help, unlike many of the diet formulas.

Not working for me
Perhaps there is a secret way to make the weight come off with this formula or I missed the directions. One month later-two pills a day-one with breakfast and one with lunch. Still the exact same weight.

I have been taking all three ingredience that are in here, now I just take the one veggie cap twice a day rather than to take 3 pills twice a day. This is my 2nd bottle and Im maintaining my weight with exercise , proper meals and Green Coffee Complex

Seems To Work
I haven't seen a huge weight loss but this product helps to keep me regulated. I have only been taking it for a few weeks and haven't made any other changes in edit and excersize yet.

Its working
I'm taking this product with Garcinia Cambogia.
Its not easy for meg to lose weight because I'm not as mobile as I used to be - age related.
I will continue to use this product, my order is on the way.
Taking this product with a sensible diet, I have a special goal in sight, and now I feel I can reach my desired weight.
