Have been taking as directed but has little noticeable effect. I do have a bit more energy but see none of the other claims.

No weight loss
I love Swanson products. The only reason I rated this product lower is because I haven't lost any weight....yet. I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks.

Good Product
Used in conjunction with diet and exercise to aid in weight-loss. I feel like it gives me more energy during the day without an energy crash. I don't feel jittery or agitated when I use it.

Seems To Have Helped
My wife is on a diet most of the time. She added this supplement for the duration of the bottle and did lose weight. I guess there's no way to say whether or not it was the supplement or not but she did lose weight while taking it. I have moved her to Rasberry Keytones to see if that supplement is helpful.

Energized Again!
The 7 keto is great stuff. It gives me the energy I need to exercise and helped me with the weight gain women get in their 40's. It keeps me in check.

I HAVE BEEN USING 7 KETO DHEA FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE POSITIVE RESULTS. THE DATA SUGGESTS THAT THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT AND I AM HOPEFUL IT WILL WORK FOR ME.

it works
I started these almost a month ago...I lost 7 lbs..I,m positive it was from taking this,I was,nt even trying...I bought it after someone told me about it.I can't get into any thing as to why I bought them,we can't write reviews about these things...but,.I do exersize for my well being...I just wish it were a larger size..I take one cap 2x,s daily,and it,s only a 15 day supply then...definately will reorder..a good ,quality product...

no benefit
I even doubled up the dosage and it would not work for me. Maybe it will for someone else. Might look into other benefits other than weight loss and go that route maybe in the future.

The difference is noticeable
I've been using this for just under a month and notice a difference. I work out and do cardio and this seems to aid in achieving the definition I am striving for. Would be better to purchase in bulk. I plan to continue taking this supplement.

No Change
No weight loss I noticed, I eat a healthy, I do go to the gym 3 times a week. I am not a heavy work out person, but I do like to work out. I am on a low carb diet. I was thinking this could get me past my plateau I have been on for 3 weeks. Just has enot worked for me.

It has been a great product for me! I have been some pleased to find this product at Swanson because I had been paying more for it somewhere else. I love the health benefits of this product and the weight lost I have experienced while on it!

Don't run out!
I have been using this product for one month, I had more energy and it has been easier to lose weight. I ran out for a couple weeks and really noticed a difference of being tired more and weight returning around the middle section.

Impressed
I have been taking this along with Lecithin B-6 kelp and cider vinegar, another Swanson product for the past few months and have lost well over 30 lbs. I wasn't exercising at first but now use my elliptical glider at least 3 x a wk for 30 min. I have much more energy than before, I wake earlier, usually sleep better and have the energy to get thru the day.. I feel much better than I have in a very long time. It would be better if there were 60 per bottle
then it would last for a month instead of having to buy 2 bottles per month.

Dr Oz recommends a daily dosage of at least 100mgs. Swanson meets my needs.

Birth Control Users Beware
Not only did I not lose weight....it interfered with my Birth Control and I experienced breaththrough bleeding. Stopped taking this supplement and am now back to normal. Too bad, I had high hopes.

Bummer...didn't work for me :-(
My Aunt lost 12lbs within the first month of using 7 Keto DHEA and it gave her a huge energy boost......but not me.
I am 40 yrs old, 180lbs and 5'6 - I took it for 3 months and although it definitely curbed my appetite, with exercise etc, I actually gained. When I stopped taking it, I felt sluggish, went to bed REALLY early and had a hard time waking up in the morning.
I shipped off the rest of my pills to my Aunt, believe it or not, they're still working for her. 17lbs so far! Sheesh! P.S. - On another site she paid $29 for a bottle, so Swanson is definitely the better value.

Did Not Work
Was trying it for the purpose of helping in losing weight. did not see any difference in all. will not purchase again.
