Ingredients: 100% Certified organic Rosemary cineole (Rosmarinus officinalis) oil.

Directions: For external use only. Dilute to desired strength with a carrier oil such as olive, jojoba, or almond oil prior to use.

Mix with lotion for great smell I love all of the Swanson Essential oil, but my favorite have to be the Rosemary and lemon mixed with your favorite hand lotion, I break out in a rash from all types of perfurms and this is a great smell together. I always get compliaments. April 5, 2013
