Good product
I am 60, and was having delayed recall and would frequently have trouble thinking of a word I wanted to use. Taking this product daily has really made a difference. I took ginkgo for over a year with no discernible effect. Then, I added Acetyl L-Carnitine and noticed a difference. Then, I added Source Naturals Phosphatidyl serine, which definitely made a measurable difference in recall and speed. I added Life Shield Mind Force, and I now feel the way I did about 8 years ago. I'm still looking for the last piece of the puzzle, but what an improvement!

Memory Lane
I have realized that as we get older we tend to forget things,this really bothered me.I did some resurch and discovered this vitiman P.S. has helped me a great deal. I have gone to several vitiman store only to find Swansons is the best to get all your necessary needs, their price and delivery are fantastic.

I saved money and my memory
I recently became disabled and was forced to retire, so I had to look for ways to save money. A couple of years ago, I was having severe memory problems and began researching what might be done about it. I read some promising researche out of Germany and other places that suggested that large doses (>600 mg/day) of alpha lipoic acid (ALA), phosphatidylserine (PS), and DMAE might help. I began taking them and they worked better than I could have hoped for, extending my career (I was working as a research scientist at the time) by years.
The ALA is pretty inexpensive, but I was taking a combination PS/DMAE supplement that wasn't. When I started looking at cutting costs, I discovered I could buy PS and DMAE separately from Swanson for a fraction of what I was used to paying. I now buy all three supplements from Swanson. It's been over a month with the replacements and I see no difference in quality or efficacy.
