good value I take this for my hair and prostate . It seems to work well for me. February 28, 2013

Not as good as the Swanson Beta Sitosteral Maybe it's because this is in hard pill form (not encapsulated powder) so perhaps my body doesn't absorb it as well. But although this product claims to have more Mg than the Swanson brand, I'll be going back because Swanson brand basically seems to be more effective. A shame, cuz I wanted this to work better and thought it would. Disappointed. July 16, 2012
