Easy
This is so much healthier then regular organic butter. It has vitamin K witch our bodies need desparately. I love that it is always soft, unlike butter that needs to be at a certain temp to be soft. I let my dog and cat lick it off my hands to give them good nutrition, they love it.

Amazing Ghee

Excellent Flavor! I wish they had a bigger size, but overall I think the best choice in the market for a quality Organic Ghee.

An excellent product
A winner on all fronts. Organic, long shelf life and tastes good. Might seem expensive until you realize that butter contains lots of water, and this product has none at all.

Great product
First time using ghee and I will never be without it! It smells so good and taste great. Gmo free and organic, so important to me. Swanson has the best prices. Love that it doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Ghee whiz!
Never tried this stuff before. I heard it was healthy so I went for it. I use it for cooking. A little goes a long way. Very concentrated and has a buttery taste. A little on the greasy side so use just a bit. Doesn't say to refrigerate either so I leave it on the counter. Hope I'm right about that one!

Great product
I can't eat regular butter, because I don't do well on the caseins in it. However, this Ghee has the great taste of clarified butter and I tolerate it well. LOVE it on my gluten free toast in the morning. The price, on Swanson, is better than what I have been paying at my local health food store.

Love this stuff!
I greatly enjoy cooking with this Ghee occasionally when butter is called for in a recipe. It has a great flavor and doesn't need to be refrigerated.

This is Fantastic
I have read about ghee and was curious. On a whim, looked it up here and ordered it. I love butter... but this is fantastic!! The taste is amazing and I love that it is so spreadable, since it does not need to be kept in the fridge. My new obsession is oat toast with ghee and then topped with Justin's Maple Almond Butter. Amazing!! Will keep buying!

Yummy Stuff
I decided to try Ghee after watching an Ayurvedic-
geared TV show. It appears ghee has many good benefits and its sweet buttery flavor is just an added bonus for me! I put it on gluten free toast and on vegetables. The taste reminds of buttery shortbread cookies without any sugar. The glass jar is nice, too.

Gheeheehee!
I have clarified my own butter for years but it is difficult to get it "perfect". This clarified butter from Purity Farms is better than perfect! The flavor is amazing... if you like lobster or crab, this ghee is perfect for it. If you like to sometimes "fry" a steak, this product will hold up to the higher heat. I highly recommend this product.

Incredibly Delicious
I had been reading about the benefits of Ghee through researching Ayurvedic practices and decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised that Swanson's offered it, and ordered it.
This stuff is FANTASTIC! Not only does it have health benefits, it tastes amazing. The flavor is so robust and full. I like the fact that I can keep the jar right on my kitchen counter, and doesn't need to be refrigerated (helps in spreading). Each time supplies get a little low, I order more. It always arrives fresh and awesome!

Love this for cooking!
I have read a lot of great things for Ghee, it does not burn the way Olive oil, or other oils do. It tastes like butter, its so delicious! You don't have to refrigerate it which is nice, and spreads easily. Swanson's price so far, is the best I have found!

Ghee instead of Butter
Ghee has replaced butter in our household. It does not have to be refrigerated so is convenient for spreading. Plus it has a higher burn point so is perfect for cooking. AND it is more tolerable for people who have dairy sensitivities. We love it. My husband just misses the salt in his butter so he sprinkles a good sea salt on his Ghee to enhance the flavor.

only grass feed product I could find
Wonderful to use in cooking like frying eggs. Gives a nice rich feel to everything you use it on. I use it instead of butter. Swansons has the best price that I could find.

Excellent Quality
You won't find a healthier ghee than this, or a better price than Swanson offers for it! Smells like movie popcorn butter, but really doesn't taste too much different to me than just regular organic stick butter.

Not from Cultured Butter
This manufacture has not confirmed the if the butter is from a cultured (fermented) source. Ancient ayurvedic texts lists ghee made from non-cultured butter as very difficult to digest.
I will not buy this butter again, instead I prefer making it myself from Organic Valleys Cultured Unsalted butter.
