DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels, twice daily, with food and a full glass (8 oz) of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains naturally derived caffeine. Each Liquid Soft-Gel contains 25 mg of caffeine, or the approximate equivalent of ¼ cup of coffee.
Usage Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. This product contains (natural) caffeine and has ingredients that may affect blood pressure, blood sugar and/or heart conditions. Check with your doctor before using this product if you are using medication, including anti-coagulants (blood thinners), or have any medical conditions. It is recommended to limit additional caffeine intake while taking this product. Do not use if you may become pregnant, are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
