Great Tasting Oil
I take one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening to make sure I get my daily allowance of Omega 3 and 6 in the preferred ratio of 1:3. Nutiva is my best tasting organic hemp oil.

supplement/external use
The smell is mild although not pleasant. Sinks in the skin nicely, not greasy. It mixed nicely with the yam cream. I love adding it to my salads, mashed potatoes, veggie mixes or whatever. I think it does help my health in many ways. Of course it is not a medication in any respect, but is a very healthy addition to my diet and skin care.

POP SOME INTO YOUR MOUTH
My new favorite snack is Swanson all the way. . . . NOW brand Organic, Premium Popcorn (air popped), generously doused with Himalayan Crystal Salt, and then drizzled with this nutty Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil (instead of melted butter). WOW! Best Purchase Ever
Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil has been the best supplement I have ever bought for the health of my skin. After only a month of taking a tablespoon a day, I have noticed that my skin is smoother and glowing with health. At the age of 68, I have been looking for a supplement that would diminish the appearance of wrinkles and now I have found it!

We use nutiva products in our daily diet. Hemp oil has the right combination of beneficial oils. We put hemp oil and a sqeeze of lemon juice on our salads for a great tasting and nutritious dressing.

Hemp Seed Oil benefits
The same benefiicial Cannabidiol in this product is also in Flax Seed for much cheaper. the Omega 6 is also in Olive oil for cheaper. It was convenient to use because of the small pinhole and the squeezability of the bottle. Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil
I tried this because I can use it internally as well as externally. I use it as a face moisturizer because it actually soaks into my skin rather than just sit on top of it. My skin looks great and after about 15 minutes I can apply make-up.
The only reason I gave it four on the satisfaction rating is because I don't enjoy the taste of it. I know it's healthy and I take it for that reason, but I don't especially like the taste.

Not my taste
While this oil is excellent for your health, I did not enjoy the overall taste. It is very earthy and thick and I just found the flavor to be too overbearing. The product is great, but not a taste I enjoy.

Best Purchase this year!
I would like a Omega source that is easily taken and absorbed. I have found that with this product. It has a light nutty flavor, and goes well with most salad applications. My mother takes it every morning with her breakfast.

Love it!
I purchased Nutiva organic hemp oil after reviewing it online and found this brand to be the best choice. I just started using it for the health benefits on my salads, in my green juice and mixed it with my butter to make a smoother more healthier spread for my toast in the morning.

Wow....great stuff!!!
I've never seen my husband drizzle oil on anything, but after tasting this oil, he drizzles (a lot) on most everything. Yummy...I like it too. Great drizzled on grilled sandwiches after they're grilled.

Great
I take this internally by adding a tablespoon to my oatmeal or protein shake after I work out and also use it as a moisturizer for my face on its own or mixed with argan oil. Melts into my skin without a greasy or oily reidue. Definitely a staple product.

Convenient and Fresh
I squirt about 2 teaspoons into everyone's oatmeal every morning. It's a good way to absorb the nutritional benefits of hemp oil.
I store it in my refrigerator. The handy flip-top dispenser makes it extra easy to use and keeps it fresh, longer. Hemp oil will go rancid pretty fast but we haven't had that problem with this brand.

Good package
The product is wonderful for salad or flavor enchancement on cooked dishes. The bottle has a little flat thin rubber to prevent you pull too much oil accidentally. This is very thoughtful design.

Great Oil for Cooking and Supplementation
This hemp oil from Nutiva is a fantastic product. The oil has a dark green color and a wonderfully nutty aroma and flavor. I use it as a salad dressing, matched with champagne or sherry vinegar and some lemon juice and salt and pepper. I store the oil in the freezer and it stays liquid even at freezing temperatures and thus doesn't need to be thawed in order to pour freely. This oil is loaded with essential fatty acids. It tastes great and is good for you.

Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil
This is just a no-brainer! A wonderfully healthy product to use and at a very reasonable price. It's good to use in so many ways. Lot's of omegas and vitamins come from hemp! Just remember to NOT fry with it. If the temperature gets that high it will pretty much destroy the value of the omegas in it and that will defeat your purpose for eating it in the first place. It makes wonderful salad dressings or you can warm it a little over vegetables and/or infuse it with other herbs of your choice. It does have a lovely 'nutty" flavor all it's own though, so you may just love it plain like I do. It's great to put some in a smoothie to get your omega fix for the day!
