CHIA ORDINARIOUS
I really like Chia Seeds as a snack for a number of reasons: Good Nutritional Value, Filling, - - - a few tsps of Chia Seeds are satisfying in various ways. Previously, I used the White Chia Seeds, which I enjoyed. The first time I put a tsp of these Chia Seeds into my mouth, I went "Yuck! These Chia Seeds don't taste good." I have gone ahead and finished off this package of Chia Seeds, and I got used to the less than delicious taste in order to use them up. However, now that I need more, I will be ordering the Organic White Chia Seeds for sure. I much prefer their flavor.

not as affective as other Chia offers
did not notice the gain I anticipated and received from other Chia Seed products offered at Swanson. nothing negative,just question the potency.

great superfood
Chia seeds are an easy way to add a lot of nutrition to your diet. I take 2 Tbls a day. Usually put them in my juice or a bottle of water with fresh squeezed lime juice. They are tasteless and the consistency is like a tomato seed.

Not a pet!
These chia seeds are an excellent source of nutrients that can be hard to get in our every day diet. They are easy to grind and use in protein drinks, which is the way we use them.

Great addition!
I love the Nutiva Chia Seed. It has great health benefits and goes well in just about everything! I like to put it in my oatmeal in the mornings, or in my chicken and rice for lunch. It goes well in yogurt or a protein shake! Check out the benefits and just try it!

Best Value in Organic CHia
I am assuming that most chia seeds are pretty much the same. I much prefer to buy organic and the Nutiva brand has the best price. I put two tablespoons in my smoothie in the morning. Great combination of fiber-protein-omega 3. Highly recommended.

Someone recommended I add these to my protein shakes. They are rather flavorless but perhaps the protein makes up for it.

great tasting product

Love Chia seeds.
I've been using chia seeds for about 10 years or so,
and I've also been giving them to my 17 year old cocker spaniel with great results.
Not only do I think almost everyone should be using chia seeds, but Nutiva brand is organic, and the price is reasonable.

I use a tablespoon of these every day and have been doing so for over 9 months. Because I take them daily I get organic. These are a good price and I have experienced the benefits claimed.
