Great Oil
I rub this on my legs before I shave them and put shaving cream over the oil. I get a very close shave and my legs are so soft. I don't get any nics since I started using this. This is also feels good after a shower on a wet body. I love this oil.

Hair Conditioner
Believe it or not I use the almond oil to condition my hair and use it weekly. I saturate my hair with the product paying particular attention to the ends which tend to be the driest. Then I cover my hair with plastic wrap, top it off with a shower cap, and leave it in for a good half hour. Then shampoo as usual. Hair will be shiny, lustrous, and manageable.

washing it at night instead of night cream.

Hair Conditioner
I have extremely thick curly dry hair, and I have found that if I put this on my hair after a shower while my hair is still wet and wrap it up in a towel until it's done dripping water, my hair feels AMAZING in the morning. I love this oil!!

My face is forever grateful for Sweet Almond Oil
As a 60 something, I have spent most of my adult like taking good care of my skin. The last couple of years, I find few moisturizers are plumping up my very dry skin. A few weeks ago, I ordered this product and in just a few days I saw a huge difference.
I add some lavender essence oil for the aromatherapy effect.
Fabulous results when added to my previous moisturizer routine.

LOVE THIS OIL
This is such a multi-purpose oil. I use it on my face and body when my skin is extra dry, I use it as a carrier for my essential oils and I use it as one of the main ingrediants when making lotion bars. This same bottle of Almond Oil will cost double at health food stores. Ive also bought the 4 oz size and I use that in my bathroom (my space is limited) and I purchase this larger bottle to refill as needed. This is probably my 8th bottle ordered from Swansons. As aslways, LOVE swansons LOVE the products!!

Best Moisturizer
This sweet almond oil is very soothing and moisturizing. It does not clog my pores or irritate my sensitive skin. Absorbs quickly and leaves my face smooth and soft.

This product is quickly absorbed into the skin & has no lingering scent (unless you choose to mix another oil into it). Sweet almond oil acts as a wonderful carrier if you're diluting an essential oil.
I was also happy to learn that this sweet almond oil has not been tested on animals & is food-grade.

This is a great product. I use this product to remove makeup, moisturize my skin, and put on my hair 30 minutes before washing it for shine and volume. The price is right, too.

NOW Foods Sweet Almond Oil
I bought this with hope that it smelled like almond, however it has no odor, so that was disappointing.
It's very moisturizing, but only temporarily, as it dries in just a few minutes. If you are using it as a moisturizer that has "staying power" then I would not recommend it.
Coconut oil works and lasts much longer...or Emu oil, which is my favorite all-time moisturizer (but I do not purchase it via Swanson)
This Almond Oil is perfect as a massage oil though...you won't remain "greasy" feeling :-)

I've thrown away all my lotion
I really have thrown away all of my lotion. I only use this now, twice a day and my skin has never been happier. Yes it's a little messier to apply than lotion, but it's a dry oil (it absorbs completely and quickly - no residue or stickiness). I don't like how heavy lotion feels, or how it sits on my skin. This was the perfect answer! I use it on my body and sometime my face or hair. My skin is now baby soft. It also doubles as a massage oil, which is great. The bottle is UV protected, which is nice. You can't beat the value. No more wasting money on lotion!

Average
I ordered this product to moisturize my face with. It doesnt irritate my sensitive skin. But my skin feels dry half an hour later. Not so sure I'd purchase again.

Absorbs into my skin really well. Not oily. I can see why almond oil is a masseuse's favorite oil. I usually use an organic moisturizing lotion, but the way lotion is made seems to always require some strange sounding ingredient, whereas this is pure natural oil, doesn't say organic, but it's ok. Great price.

I purchase now foods sweet almond oil and it is the very best quality oil I have ever bought.I did purchase many others before,but none can compare to the feel and softness of now foods brand.I love the detailed uses explained on the label and the quality design of the bottles.I also like the low price at Swanson Vitamins.I would advise anyone looking for the best quality oil to purchase Now Foods brand.

My favorite skin oil
I have used Almond Oil for many years, but have had difficulty finding it in the stores. I was so happy to find it at Swanson. I'd rather use oil than lotions. I think it is more effective. This oil leaves the skin hydrated, it is not greasy and I love to use it on my belly whenever I get pregnant.
