Good product I like this product a lot. Like any supplement you will not notice any effects right away but after a week and a half I am starting to notice a boost in energy as well as some flab starting to melt away. I saw Dr. Oz recommend calcium pyruvate for stubborn belly fat and he pulled through on this one. This stuff works as long as you stick to a daily regimen. I take 3,000mg a day, although some websites say you should take up to 5,000mg but everybody's body is different so take what works for you. I've been using Swanson for a few months and with their prompt delivery and economical prices they are definitely #1 in my book. February 16, 2013
