NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is the metabolically active form of Vitamin B-3, also known as Niacin. I did not feel much of an effect I tried this product because of the reviews, but I must be honest, I did not feel much of a difference. Perhaps what I felt was the placebo effect. In any case, the cost was a bit high, but I bought this brand thinking that I should not skimp on quality. February 20, 2013
Excellent Product Years ago my nutritionist recommended NADH for more energy so I knew it helped. I had not taken any in a couple years and had started relying on caffeine on colas and teas with Ribose. The caffeine helped but caused jitters. I decided to try NOW's ENADA with D-Ribose after reading Swanson's website description. After two weeks I can say the product gives me the all day energy I was hoping for. It is easy to swallow and I feel absolutely no ill side-effects with it. I am going to continue taking it. April 5, 2012
