Super Oil
Both my husband and I use this oil, and we will continue to purchase this from Swanson, as their price is great. I make my own mayonnaise using this oil, as well as salad dressings. My husband puts it in his morning smoothie. It has no taste, so it is pretty much undetectable in whatever we put it in.

Liquid Gold
A friend and I started eating a very strict paleo diet about 4 months ago. I began taking MCT then as well, and absolutely LOVED it. I recommended it to my friend as well as about 5 or 6 others. Everyone that has bought it swears they will never go without, including myself. I have lost 20 lbs, and my friend has lost about 30. I can't explain the energy you get from this...No caffeine highs or buzzes. This is the most natural form of energy I have ever received from a product and it is very, very healthy.
I just can't say enough good things about MCT. It's worth every single penny to me and my friends.

Great value!
Swanson has the best price for this product. The oil has no taste. I believe it boosts my metabolism and helps curb my appetite. I add it to coffee(bulletproof coffee) and mix with my homemade protein bars.

this is like coconut oil,in fluild form,also no coconut flavor.i put this in my pump sprayer,and do a lot of vegetable roasting,oven temp should be about 290 degrees,under the smoke point.

Healthy oil
MCT oil has a mild taste not bad, I prefer to use it in my salad dressing instead of reg. vegetable oil cant tell the difference. I tried just taking a tablespoon straight but I just didn't like it that way, as I would not with any type of oil. Will purchase again but will buy in capsule form.

Ketogenesis made easier
For those who would still like a decent bit of carbs to go with a ketogenic diet, this is the perfect solution. No taste (I mix with with any and everything), you can even drink it straight from the bottle. There's about a week of loading to help your body get used to it, so you might do a half dose for a few days (half a tsp). I combine it with coffee and So Delicious unsweetened organic coconut milk. Energy for days.
You will be stuffing your face with as much food as possible several times a day and still be losing fat (granted I exercise and literally never sit down, I have a stand up PC desk). I use this MCT Oil to make Bulletproof Coffee everyday. Go to the bulletproof exec blog to learn more. Here's the recipe:
2 cups of hot brewed coffee from a good organic source (I personally use Life Extension's Rich Rewards)
1 Tablespoon of NOW MCT Oil
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon of Kerrygold Grassfed Butter
optional: 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne each
BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND DRINK!
This drink will give you energy that lasts throughout the morning. I don't eat anything else for breakfast.

Energy!
I can only use about 1/2 a tsp of this in my am smoothy because it gives me such a blast of energy for several hours (could just be me). I've found that if I use it in the evening, I cannot sleep.

There's another brand that has a 15% higher potency but the cost is $45. This does what I need it to do and Swanson's price beats what I'd pay for it locally. This value is phenomenal. I will be a repeat buyer for as long as this deal continues.

MCT oil complements coconut
A couple or few times daily starting in the morning I eat a Tbs each MCT oil and coconut oil, either alone or on something, e.g., salad or sweet potato.
The body uses these oils similarly. The MCT is faster metabolized, the coconut spreads out the benefits. I seem to have more energy, think more clearly, and have no weight gain from the added calories.

Great Product
I have been using MCT oil for quite some time now. Until now I always bought another brand from VitaCost that Swanson doesn't carry. I realized that Swanson carries this brand. 32 oz for almost the same price as 16 oz and 100% pure MCT oil. Can't beat that!!
