Works for me !
I have tried other brands and this works great. My husband and I use this in our green food in the morning.

Granules have decreased to almost a powder
I have been using this product for some time to make my own liposomal vitamin c. As one of the other reviewers stated, the quality of the granules have reduced in size. Not sure why, could be an indication of lowered quality standards. Unfortunately, it is the only non-gmo granulated lecithin without other additives that I can find. Lewis labs makes one but adds pineapple. Yuck on that one and not usable for making liposomal or encapsulated vitamin c.

Lecethin
I love this product. It is reasonably priced, pure, & convenient.

Non-GMO
I buy this because it is a non-GMO product and price is pretty good. I use it on quinoa or oatmeal and it doesn't have any noticeable flavor.

Lecithin Granules Non-GMO
I am not familiar with non-GMO products, but I can definitely taste a big difference between these and the other. It has a natural flavor that I like very much.
The price is excellent, so for quality and price it's a deal.

glad to find a non-gmo
I always put some lecithin granules in my smoothie. And I much prefer to use non-gmo.

great
i've been taking this product for about 3 weeks now. it definately helps my nervous system. i take it with creatine. i don't really care for the taste and the clumpiness, but in a shake it's not too bad. it has yellow powder and clumps for the consistency. on the package it recommends bee pollen and omega-3 supplements. i take both. i take 1/3 tablespoon with each meal.

Not quite up to par
I bought two 1 pound containers. The consistency is the same within both containers so I double that it is manufacturing variation.
The product is difficult to disolve and does not seem interact with my body as well as the store brand product I purchased from Sprouts. However, the Sprouts product was more expensive.

good for the price
I can feel the difference when I take the lecithin and when I forget to. I love that it's not GMO. Most things made from soy are GMO unless specifically stated so that was a huge selling point for me. The price here is better than places I've purchased from previously. And the granules are typically more economical than the pills. However, if you aren't used to the taste, taking the granules can be a process. I have my chocolate silk ready when i mix my heaping tablespoon of lecithin into a small serving of juice. Then I chug the juice/lecithin and quickly chase it with the silk. On the other hand, I'm sure taking 6 lecithin pills for the same serving has its setbacks as well. So, you have to pick which method works better for you. This seems to be a high-quality product. The granules aren't clumpy or hard or discolored.

Mixes easily!
I used to get Phosphatidyl serine for a high $$$, but now I use the lecithin, which provides a good amount of 'brain food' more economically--also it's a great emulsifier!

Great Non-GMO Product
It's really best to buy Non-GMO on soybean products and i'm very happy with this buy. I also like that the lecithin doesnt clump after repeated openings. I will but this lecithin again .

part of our daily routine
I've used this lecithin in our daily protein shakes for years. I am delighted to find it at Swanson's pricing.

SEEMS OLD
WHEN I OPENED THE CAN TODAY, THE GRAINS OF LECITHIN SEEMED SHRUNKEN AND WERE NOT THE YELLOW COLOR I AM ACCUSTOMED TO. THIS IS THE SAME BRAND I HAVE USED FOR YEARS, SO I WAS SUPRISED.

Love it
I love this lecithin. I add one tablespoon of lecithin and one tablespoon of flax seed oil to the juice in the morning. Yummy!

Best Form
This is the best soy lecitin for the fact that it is Non-GMO!
Almost all soy in the US is genetically modified!
If it doesn't say non-GMO, it probably isn't!
