A GENTLE SOFT BREEZE
The Amino Acid GABA (Gamma AminoButyric Acid) is a long time favorite of mine. Very gentle, effective, and with no negatives. GABA works great when one is extremely stressed out, or when just needing quality sleep time. Swanson's prices, as usual, make this outstanding, hightest quality product easily affordable. . . . Especially compared to pharmaceutical products for the same purposes, - - - and they carry a lot of negative side effect baggage along with them. When one wakes up in the morning after taking a few GABA capsules the night before, there is absolutely no hang-over or drugged feeling. GABA in the middle of the day will not put you to sleep, but it sure does knock the edge off. I recommend GABA to everyone, because we all need it at one time or another. And when you buy it, be absolutely sure to buy it from Swanson so you don't get ripped off.

Too much of a good thing
My friend introduced me to the benefits of GABA, but only at the 125 mg level. Sawnson was out of that dose, so I ordered this one hoping to use half if necessary. The pills are not able to be broken up and the dose didn't seem to give me much benefit.

GABA +B-6 ( NOW brand)
I ordered this product because it includes B-6 that is required to use any amino acid. I open the capsules and dump it under tongue for complete absorption. Better than traditional sub-lingual tablet with other competing aminos and added sugar.

Won't regret this one

Nighty-Night!
Tried many things to help me sleep through the night, some good and some not so good.
GABA worked the first night and every night since. Puts me out in about 10 minutes and I sleep ALL night.

about gaba
Gaba is the best thing to come along , my wife has been taking it for the last 5 years. Five years her father died , she was inconsoleable but the gaba helped her from being so emotional. Thank God for it , because 1 year ago her mother died also and the Gaba was there for her.
