Great stuff! Having used it daily for two month now, with no side effects only good effects. Love it! Make sure to open it and chew it with some fat to help absorption, otherwise it would slip through GI tract unchanged . 1-2 x per day is enough for me. February 19, 2013

excellent way to get Curcumin I had read that Turmeric itself contains only small amounts of curcumin, so getting an extract is the best way to go. I take this with my daily green tea to help with absorption. January 16, 2013
