Amazing Quality Products Love that Swanson provides good quality products at amazing prices. Again, I use this to mix with my hair conditioner to add an extra pep in my conditioning process. December 2, 2012
Excellent as a hot oil treatment My hair is dry and frizzy; nothing seems to work lately. I decided to use this oil as a hot oil treatment for my hair.I warmed up about half a cup of oil, (you can use more or less depending on length and thickness of hair) and applied to my hair, especially being heavy on the ends and middle . I gathered up my hair, put on a shower cap, left it for 1 hour, then washed it with a moisturizing shampoo. I conditioned as usual, leaving it on for 5 minutes then rinsed. When my hair dried, it had the most incredible shine, softness and was not greasy at all. August 18, 2012
