great gelatin
I love this gelatin, and especially the fact that it is beef-derived. I can make great jello salads with fruit juice that my family loves, and I know there is nothing harmful in them.

Healthy Looking Hair
I starting adding a tsp of this to my coffee in the morning. After about 2 months, I've noticed that my hair does appear healthier and is growing longer. I am not saying dramatic results, but I have really thin, sparse, stringy hair, and have found that it looks a bit more "normal." I use Swanson's MSM, one scoop every morning as well, so I suspect both supplements were lacking in my diet.

Nice product
I purchased this after reading about the benefits of taking gelatin. I take it at bedtime and it does seem to help me sleep better. I'm going to continue taking it because it is supposed to help with so many other things as well... hair, skin tone, nails etc. Can't wait to see!

I've been adding gelatin to my diet for a couple months now - It's a good source of protein, and I've been trying to use less processed whey protein and more gelatin. I haven't seen much change in my fingernail strength, but perhaps that takes more time (That's why I gave it a 4 for effectiveness and satisfaction). It's also supposed to help with joints, digestion, and skin health (hoping to smooth some wrinkles), so I'm going to continue adding it to my diet.
I mix it with smoothies, cottage cheese and fruit, and with my nuts & berries "cereal"...it will thicken the milk, so you need to add a lot more or it will turn into gel. I've also added it to soups and other savory recipes where I wanted to tighten up my sauces. I've read to mix it with your tea, but it tasted awful to me, so I wouldn't recommend that. One of the bags I ordered was punctured during shipping, and Swanson sent me a new one immediately.

Great product and Swanson has the best value around. My husband & I use it in our coffee in the morning and it has helped with our joints.Dissolves instantly and has no taste. Can be sprinkled on other foods to give a protein boost.too.

Now beef gelatin
This was recommended to me for bone flexibility. I use it in a shake--it's fine that way. This is a long term supplement--I'm trusting it will indeed work.

Mixes better that expensive competitor
So many youthful benefits to Collagen. I mix this in anything hot- Soup, tea, baking goods. Very satisfied. I made an eggless pudding bread and this beef gelatin saved the texture. It was a hit at a recent potluck. Great for baby food too.

Gelatin
I use it in a cup of hot soup before bed to help sleep.It works as well or better than anything else I've tried, especially for staying asleep.

Good beef gelatin
Good price for a good product. I have tried several different kinds of beef gelatin and and this one can be added to both hot and cold liquids without gumming up. It is not too grainy or too fine.
