wonderful product I had tried every supplement and vitamin for horrible hot flashes and read that vitamin e could help, but I wanted an e supplement that was non-gmo. I finally found Purely-E! Don't know if it's a coincidence, but from the first time I took it, I was able to sleep through the night with minimal discomfort. Within a few days, the flashes were gone. I have not had any for 6 months now so I am not sure if it's the Purely-E, but everyone needs vitamin E in their diet and it is hard to get in food. I simply put a few drops in juice in the morning. The oil straight dropped on tongue tastes good--rosemary oil. I just love this product! February 14, 2013
