Energy sustain This is a great nutritional supplement for energy. For someone who might be tempted to reach for a cola or coffee for "wake up" this could be a helpful healthy alternative. :) April 14, 2012
ESSENTIAL SUPPLEMENT! A co-worker told me about this "adaptogen" and suggested I try it. He told me it helped him focus/concentrate and added stamina. I tried it and I find it really works! One small caveate....don't take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It made me feel nauseated but once I ate some toast...I was fine. I think this is one of the most under-rated supplements....It is expensive unless you can find it on sale at Swansons...I haven't found it cheaper anywhere else....but if you do, go for it! (But I don't think you will)...... January 10, 2008
