Great price for great product
This coconut oil is the only one I have seen that is standardized for medium chain triglycerides, which is why I buy it. The same product sells for almost twice as much at my grocery store.
The taste is fine with me, straight out of the jar. It seems to enhance the taste of my spinach salads well.

Good Stuff!
I initially ordered for my HAIR.. then found out I could use it for cooking as well so this product is good for several different things! I like!! And will be ordering from Swanson from here on out.

Excellent for EVERYTHING!
I am very happy with my coconut oil! I take a tablespoonful of it twice a day. I can really see the benefits in my skin and overall well being! I also use it to cook, condition my hair, and moisturize my skin after a shower. Coconut Oil... where have you been all my life. I never want to be a day without it!

Coconut Oil for Health
I wish I knew about this years ago. I've replaced all butter and shortening. Easily spread on toast or muffins, use it for grilled cheese or any grilled sandwiches. Excellent for grilled shrimp or making scrambled eggs. I Spread this coconut oil on plain bread as I make any sandwich.
This oil can turn solid if in the fridge but I can still scrape it to a flake enough to spread on bread.
Haven't used it for baking yet.
The flavor is wonderful on anything.

organic coconut butter
I have had to make my own soap for the last several months due to allergic reaction to sulfate. I have tried different oils and have success with the coconut oil. Seems to penetrate better for me. I appriciate all the products I have used from Swanson! Thank you.

Love this product!

HELPFUL PRODUCT
This has been a helpful addition to my weight loss program. I rub the oil on my body before I go to bed. It doesn't leave oil stains on my sheets. Since using this product, my weight loss has increased and my skin appears smoother and better moisturized. You might add the oil to smoothies or hot cocoa, if you like coconut flavor. Perhaps you'll get similar results by using the product in food. Definately check this coconut oil out!!

I will not purchase again. Did not like the smell or texture based on another brand. It is also not USDA certified organic.

Love it!
I have been buying this coconut oil at my local health food store and paying twice the price. It smells amazing, is smooth, creamy and delicious. I use it on my hair and my skin. I also cook with it and use it as a spread for toast, pancakes, waffles and muffins.

Coconut Oil
This is a great product and great value. I love coconut oil. We use it for cooking but I also use it as a moisturizer on my entire body and I recently started to put it in my hair once a week overnight and my hair looks much better, softer and healthier. I love this product.
