Only kelp that uses whole plant.. This seems to be the only brand that uses the whole plant rather than just powder. The capsules are green rather than white. I use it to get iodine daily which is extremely important for thyroid function and women in general... March 14, 2013
Great stuff. If you ever feel you're low on iodine, this product and brand might just be the best way to get some healthy iodine, etc.. into you're diet. Its caught far from shore so its lower in mercury and any other pollutants that might effect another brand. April 30, 2012

Excellent! The natural iodine in this sea kelp is fabulous! I take it for my thyroid. Take with food and there's never a problem with burping it up later. You get a lot for a small price! OUTSTANDING Kelp Brand! I'm sold on Nature's Way Kelp. I can't say enough good things about it and its high quality. I take these with each meal as an extra all-around nutritious food source, as kelp is LOADED with minerals, is a green superfood, a whole food, and is rich in natural iodine. In addition, I have never seen a broken capsule in this brand's bottles. Very high quality. Sometimes I open the capsules and just sprinkle the kelp right on my food, if it is a food that would still taste OK with the kelp mixed in. Great product! Oh, and EXTREMELY HEALTHY.
