Good for menopause
My wife takes this for menopausal symptoms and finds it works fairly well. It doesn't completely eliminate hot flashes but does reduce them greatly. She takes 4-6 capsules per day in three divided doses. She has tried several other brands but this one works the best. It has also enhanced her bustline somewhat as a "side effect".

WOW!!!
This stuff really works at increasing milk production. I never had a problem during the first few months when I was staying at home with my daughter, but after returning back to work full swing, my production really dwindled. I started taking these and take about 3 pills, 3 times a day. I purchased a few and took a bottle to work so I not only remember to take some at work, but it also reminds me that I need to pump. It seems to have increased my production about 50% and works better than the other brands I've tried - even better than the super expensive brand I was buying at our local health food store (that brand cost 5X what this stuff costs at Swanson!).
