Whole Food Vitamin! I can definitely say when I don't take this vitamin each day, I know the difference.....I just don't feel as good. Little things bother me, I don't have the energy without them....I'm VERY pleased that they are "good" food-based vitamins. I do wish they were a bit more concentrated, because the pills are large and you have to take 3/day, but that's the only down-side I can report. March 19, 2013

Single best item I absolutely love the Alive! Whole Food vitamin line. I've tried a couple different varieties and I like that this one has no added iron. I prefer the tablets to the capsules as the capsules had a smell/taste to them that didn't agree with me. It's a pain to have to take 3 of these a day especially when it's added to a bunch of other supplements, HOWEVER, it is so worth it! The Alive! line is the ONLY vitamin I have taken throughout my life where I can feel the benefits. I def notice a difference if I skip them. I feel so much healthier and energized. nice vitamins These vitamins are more expensive than others, but it is a 2 months supply and contains many extra healthy ingredients so the value is really great compared to cheaper vitamins. I cant really tell a difference yet, but I just hope most of the ingredients are being absorbed. I feel better knowing there are fruit and vegetables in these. February 23, 2012
You will feel the difference Alive is one of the best. I have a hard time finding a vit. that works for me or makes me "taste" vit. all day, this does not. This works great, feels great and my health has improved. It is loaded with all of the "good" stuff we need and don't have time to get.
