Nature's Way Activated Charcoal I bought this because whenever i take fish oil, which his good for my heart and my skin, i can smell it in my urine the next day. I read some research that said activated charcoal could reduce or eliminate that smell - lo and behold this works! Don't take it with your other medications or supplements. Youll need to schedule a differnet time that when yu are scheduled to take other meds. I take mine when I undoubtedly wake up in the middle of the night. March 27, 2013

Great product ~ Great Aid I've used charcoal in the past but I feel that this product has been the most effective. I heavily depend on my probitotics and papaya to keep my GI tract in shape but use the charcoal for occasional bloating/gas. Great product and easy to swallow!
