Directions: (Adult) Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increase intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with the amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. Do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product.
If taken along with Nature's Secret Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support tablets as part of the Nature's Secret Ultimate Cleanse program: Start with 1 tablet of each product in the morning and 1 tablet of each product in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet of each product every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

Taking a break of 30 or more days between use cycles will help maintain natural regularity. Not intended for long-term use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seed immediate medical attention.
