Great way to take mag
My accupuncturist recommended this product. Swanson's price is great! And the taste is good, a bit overly sweet but you can mix with your favorite beverage. It is effervescent so follow the directions or it will overflow! I use it every other day and it works great!

My kids love it!
I buy the original flavour for myself and this flavour for my kids and they really like it. It disolves completely in a little hot water then I add cold water and put it in my son's water bottle and he sips on it throughout the day. Great deal buying it through Swanson!

Tart
A lot of people rave about the flavor of this product. To me it is very tart and taste nothing like lemon or raspberry, but is tolerable. I started just taking it with water, but now I add it to OJ and it makes it more pleasant. It is very effervescent. Not sure about any calming affect, but the "back-end" aspects of this product seem to work.

If I could only take 1 supplement, this is it!
I love this Natural Calm! You mix the powder with warm water and it sizzles and sparkles like sparkling water. My favorite flavor is the raspberry/lemon. Delicious! It's a great source of magnesium in a form my body can more easily absorb. When I'm stressed out I take an extra dose and feel calmer within minutes. I really notice the difference. This is a great price for this product too. I'm thrilled that Swanson's carries it so I can order it at the same time I order my other supplements.

I LOVE this! I drink a cup of it every night. Be careful to not take too much at once, like start out with a spoonful, because it will really loosen your bowels. Don't be alarmed! And when you put a spoonful in your mug, then pour hot water over it, only put a few DROPS of water on it at a time because it will fizz like crazy and overflow all over your counter! So just put in the water a little bit at a time until it's full!
I really do love this product. It helps me sleep better at night, and I think it has helped lessen my PMS symptoms, too. Win, win!

Superb
I began using this several months ago and It has helped me with regularity plus I like it! A friend told me about it and gave me some to try, and I have been using it ever since. I espcially like buying it from Swanson because the price is so much better. This is one product that I plan to continue, and I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Nummy tasting!
I've seen this on my Mom's counter and decided to try it. I've yet to get this into my regular scheduled supplement loop, try to do at night. It tastes pretty good, not icky like some powdered supplements can be. My Mom, who is not a flavored type person got it and seems to like it too.
Though I am truly disappointed to see that from the time I ordered in mid Sept to now, it's gone up $7 in price! That is a HUGE jump! Not sure if I'll order again with that pricing.

Excellent absorbable product
This product is my favorite magnesium supplement that is bioavailable right after consuming. It instantly makes you feel relaxed and ready for bed. I like to take it before going to sleep, but it can be taken during the day if you don't mind feeling relaxed.
