Works Great
These tablets work great for those nights your brain just won't quit so you can go to sleep. They are pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly. The only drawback I have with them is that they are sweetened with sucralose. My body doesn't do well with sucralose and it is something I try to avoid always. If it wasn't for this one ingredient, I would give these a straight 5 stars. I will order a different brand next time.

Helpful
I wanted this to add to my regular melatonin for quicker relaxation. I added it to a 3mg pill and its quick action lets me relax and fall asleep fast and easy.

works well when taken at dinner time. dissolves quickly and has a good taste. Best Melatonin I have ever found.

I don't want to be without this!
This product has been a god-send for me. While this doesn't help me fall asleep100% of the time it does help about 95%. I use this in conjunction with Swanson's dual release melatonin which has given me better results than other time release melatonin products. I highly recommend both of these products.

Great Product
My family and I use this product. It helps relaxing and going to sleep. A little pricey but overall good item.

This is by FAR my FAVORITE source of nighttime encouragement. It's easy, doesn't have lingering effects and is as it says - natural. It helps me do what my body used to do more easily - sleep soundly. A brand you can trust from a distributor you can trust!

I've been using Swanson's melatonin for a year or so & it helps me fall asleep & feel rested without the hangover effect most sleeping products leave you with!
