For fast growing hair ;)
Made my hair grow longer really fast. Originally bought this because I busted my fingers and nails in a door jam :<! Nails grew back very quickly & as a bonus my already long hair grew at least 2 inches more in one month. (btw I trimmed my hair the week before taking biotin- I also use Life FIo pure Argan Oil in my hair and face as well.. that is great stuff also.) I take this in conjunction with Omegas, Alive! (the women's once daily), vitamin c, calcium with d, and a few other supplements. My hair is healthy, bouncy, shiny and long :)!! Oh! Not to mention my nails grow faster now too. Stronger nails?... maybe. can't tell... maybe a little.

Actually works for hair growth.
There are only a few supplements that I actually notice a difference with when I take them. I usually just hope they are working. After using this high dose of biotin I have noticed that my hair has grown faster.

Break outs galore
Can you imagine? i got pimples everyday from taking this product. EVERYDAY. My face needs extra TLC just for my skin to look good again.
I see it did something for my nails but nothing for my hair. So upset.

I got it to promote faster hair growth but doesn't see like much is happening there. My finger and toe nails on the other hand have taken off like wild fire. Since it's suppose to promote hair and nail growth it's doing what if states. Just wish the hair growth was quicker.

Not as good as liquid caps
I like taking Biotin and think it definitely helps with my hair. However, I don't think this is a good one to take. These are tablets, like coated chalky tablets. In my experience, liquid caps work MUCH MUCH better, even in a lesser strength. I had some liquid caps from Wal-Green's that I used for awhile and my hair looked GREAT. I switched to these because I thought the higher dose would be better and my hair went back to the way it had been before. Not any better at all. Get liquid caps for Biotin. They work a LOT better.
