This Fast Dissolve Biotin is the Best! Easy to take, fast dissolve so it does not go thru the liver.Very tasty as well. Take with breakfast with my other supplements. Have been taken it for less than a month so it is hard to judge the results as yet, but so far am extremely satisfied wit the product and will reorder again. Swanson is awesome and has great prices. A promise:Too good to be true? They call Biotin the Beauty Supplement. And I'm beginning to think whoever came up with the title may be right. I started taking 7500 mcg daily about three months ago - and didn't give the "promises"any thought. But after 6 weeks I noticed that my hair, normally very slow growing, really needed trimming . It had grown grown as much as it usually did in 6-9 months. And when I put on my mascara noticed that my lashes were clearly longer and thicker. It actually took just a tiny bit longer to cover the tips. How nice! Could all this be from taking the Biotin? Well, yes. Or probably.Biotin was the only new addition to my daily supplement intake before these changes took place in many months. So what else could account for the changes? So maybe the old saying that, if ,something seems too good to be true it probbly isn't, may be sometimes wrong. In this case Biotin did, at least for me, exactly what it promised to do and I'm very, very grateful. February 21, 2013
